I can't find it in Poland. I'm looking for what can i exchange this part? Helpful would a number or name of producent from any catalog with electronics parts. I didn't found it in any catalog i have. Most newer MIDI devices implement a note-on with velocity 0 to be equivalent to note-off messages.
