1.  This echo is bound by the rules set forth in Policy 4, and the local
    Chapters of each country. This includes and prohibits profanity and
    flaming.

2.  Please do not write messages in ALL CAPS. It is difficult to read and
    is symbolic of shouting.

3.  This is a General Chat echo, intended to provide a link between Moscow
    and Oklahoma for the greater benefit of all of us. The official language
    is English, although this will not be strictly enforced.
    Please try to word your messages as to make them as easy to read as
    possible.

4.  No IBM-type "high ASCII" (>127) characters. Some mailers do not support
    these characters.

5.  Please direct your messages to those across the shores. This is a
    General Chat echo between our countries, so messages of a local nature
    are discouraged. You may comment on a thread that has already started
    as long as it of interest to *all* of us.

6.  Clean jokes and test messages are more than welcome!

7.  These rules will be posted twice a month by the moderator(s)
    or as often as necessary.

    AMENDMENTS:

1.  Use of Russian Language(s) may be used in separate messages. However,
    Original Rule 5 still applies.  All official requests or documentation
    to any moderator of either ZONE must be made in ENGLISH.  Russian
    Language is to used in educational purposes!  ZONE 2 moderator will
    be in control of this more than ZONE 1 Moderator!
