Rules fileecho Max FDN's (english version)

     1. Files conference (fileecho) MAX FDN's is estine for spread Maximus
        BBS files for version 2.x-3.x for all systems as Zip, Lzh, Rar and
        Tgz and Tar archivers,  but must not bee send out directly into the
        file echoes without dong by the HQ echo for it at MAX2HQ, there then
        Go by MAX HQ Coordinator and on to Filegate.net and there shall be 
        a discription file_id.diz in packet file for the file.
        etc for it.

     2. Files conferenceS In MAX FDN is not a user to user directly conference.
        It's mean that ANY who there like to distribute some new Maximus 
        Utility files and other MAX files first have to notice Coordinator and
        Filegate by posting message about of it int the IFDC and Filegate echo
        conference and then use the file echo MAX2HQ so coordinator then will
        take the deside of the file is to by send out in the file echos and had 
        seen what kind of file it is and working for in the FDN.

     3. Spread fileecho don't cary any responsibility for quality files
        and consequences their using.

     4. Advisable design file in manner  ZIP-archive, arhiving with
        key -o (date of the archive corresponds to date of the most new
        file). Excluding are distribution wich packing with "secure
        envelope", though welcome packing such archive wholly.
        Categorically is not recommend post unpacked files, as well as
        packing by small-availablearchivers  (i.e. all, except ZIP, ARJ
        and LHA). In tic-file must be margin "Desc", i.e. file/archive
        must have short description.
