WinAPRS is written to the Win32 API, this means that it works under
WindowsNT and Windows95. To run under Windows 3.1, you will need the
Win32S library (DLL). It has been tested (not extensively) under Win3.1
with Win32S. If you do not have Win32S installed, WinAPRS will NOT run.

Installation.
Provided is a ZIP file, it should unzip properly, to unzip it,

            pkunzip -d WinAPRS.ZIP

If it does not create the directories properly, they should be set up as
follows:

        WinAPRS (Directory)
                WinAPRS.exe
				SER16DLL.DLL
				SERDLL32.DLL
				SERTHUNK.DLL
                MAPS <directory>
all of the Maps provided and any you want to add

It must be set up as above, if you put too many maps in the map folder,
you will not be able to access them all from the menu. You can access them
from the Map List Window

Please refer to Revision.txt for updates and known bugs.

You may distribute WinAPRS to others provided that it is distributed
as is here with this read me file. You may include additional maps but
please leave the original zip file as is.
