--OTHER NOTES--
  Since Arc The Lad II has branching points in the game, I probably will
not have the time to go through all of them, so because of that, I would
like to ask anyone who didn't take the same path I did on the FAQ to
please send me information on the other paths and what happens so I
could put them on the FAQ. Thanks.
  Certain points I might spoil it, but those will only be minor things
I will keep major spoilers from being released into the FAQ, because I
would hate it also if someone spoiled something big for me.

2. Introduction

  The Long awaited Arc The Lad Collection finally hit the U.S. shelves
this year [2002] and Working Designs have pleased many with the release
of it.
  Arc The Lad II is a direct sequel to Arc The Lad. They share the same
story line and Arc The Lad II continues where Arc The Lad started.
  I think Arc The Lad II is the high point in the series, and it is the
one I enjoy the most. There is plenty to do and is lots of fun for
everyone. I hope many enjoy this game as much as me.
  Hopefully...I can do a good enough walkthrough for people whenever
they need the help on it ^_^

6. Characters/Abilities
//Welcome to the Chracter Bios. These are mainly just typings from the
instruction manual.

Elc
 Elc is the last of the Pyrenians, an ancient tribe that had the ability
to summon and manipulate flame. While Arc was still a child in Touvil,
a small child named Elc watched as the Silver Noah launched a vicious
assault that destroyed his entire village. During the raid, Elc was
captured and sent to a place codenamed White House for further studies.
A Hunter known as Shu rescued Elc in the forest near White House, and
took him in. While under Shu's care, Elc was taught many battle and
survival techniques. Even now, Elc is still haunted by nightmares of
his time at White House. As this chapter begins, he is about to take
an assignment that will force him to confront all that he's struggled
to forget.

Lieza
 Born into a tribe of Beasttalkers that can communicate with monsters,
Lieza has spent most of her life on an isolated plateau, away from other
humans, and raised by her grandfather, Joseph. Her grandfather was
painfully aware of the gift that his graddaughter possessed, and of the
scorn it might bring if exposed to the outside world. Instilling his
own fears into her, he's taught Lieza that people kill what they fear
and don't understand. Unfortunately, in the case of Romalia, that's
true, but only after they've harnessed her power for use in their
mysterious Chimera program.

Shu
 Clad in the traditional black bodysuit of the ninja, Shu keeps his true
identity a mystery, but that hasn't stopped people from constantly
guessing as to his orgins. One popular rumor tells of his birth in the
city of Seirya and his apprenticeship in a secret corps of assassins,
but Shu himself has never confirmed or denied this tale. Shu's stern
personality keeps most potential allies at a distance, but his taciturn
manner conceals a warm heart.

Shante
 Abandoned as a child, Shante essentially raised herself and her
brother. They spent many years wandering the country of Aldia before
settling down in the city of Indigos. Shante frequently performs in the
bars and pubs of Aldia, but prefers to stay near Indigos. She works
hard to provide her brother with the life she feels will never be hers
to live. After a lifetime of overcoming hardships, Shante has developed
a fighting spirit that will serve her well.

Gruga
 Gruga was 23 years old when he assumed leadership of Brakia, a colony
of Niedel. Brakia declared a war of independence against Niedel, and as
the battle raged on for years, Gruga became increasingly depressed at
the mounting casualties on both sides of the conflict. The depression
eventually drove Gruga to abandon his position. He now lives with his
adopted daughter Elena, whose parents were killed in the war.

7. Walkthrough

//Elc's Apartment
  After the introduction, you start off at Elc's house. When you try to
head out the front door, your buddy comes, telling you of a new job at
the guild, tell him your ready and off you go.

//Prodias Guild
  Once here, head to the counter to talk about the job you're getting.
Then go to the journal by the counter to save your game if you wish and
talk to your friend again to go to the world map and into the Aldia
Skyport.

//Aldia Skyport
  After a short cutscene, and some trash talking, its time for battle.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 1
Difficulty - Easy
  Just attack, in about 2 hits, the thug will fall. Elc has a 2 square
attack radius in case you don't know.

//Aldia Skyport
  After the battle, if you talk to the girl who was held hostage, she
will give you a Gale Bandanna, which will raise your defense by 1 and
agility by 2.

//Romalia Airship
  Just head on to the right, and you will enter a door, meeting a girl
who is in there. After that head outside and continue to the right
and up into the door.

//Airship Deck
  You will meet with the thug again here, and its time for another
battle.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 5
Difficulty - Easy
  For this Battle, Lieza and Paundit will come to your aid. I suggest
that you concentrate on taking out the bats first, Paundit will fare
pretty well against them. Have Lieza heal whenever needed, and go after
Alfred whenever the bats are taken care of.

//World Map
  After the number of cutscenes, you end up on the world map again, head
south and follow the road to find Indigos.

//Indigos
  You can't explore here, for now atleast. The cutscene will take you
directly to Shu's House.

//Indigos Shop
  //Items              //Cost
     Revival Dust         1000G
     Cure-All             1000G
     Herb                   60G
     Light Sword           400G
     Ax                    400G
     Dagger                200G
     Spear                 300G
     Cloth Shoes           300G
     Pad                   400G
     Tooth                 200G
     Gauze Wrap            400G
     Protector             400G

//Shu's Apartment
  There's a journal you can use to save on the table in the middle of
the house. After you save, its time to head out the house, and search
for Lado.

//Indigos
  If you talk to the man right to the left of the building where Shu's
apartment is, he will tell you where everything is in this town. Go
explore the town if you wish, buy some items, talk to people in the
tavern, but when you're all done with that, head over to the Hunters
Guild.

//Hunter's Guild
  Talk to the person behind the counter, and he will tell you to go find
a Hunter to ask about Lado (wow such great help). Well where could you
find a Hunter--Yep you guessed it, where better than right in the Hunter
Guild. Talk to the Hunter to the left of the counter and he will tell
you that Lado can be found in the tavern, so head on over.

//Indigos Bar
  When you enter the bar, Lado will get you to move out the way and he
takes his exit. Talk to the barkeeper and he will mention that Lado had
just left for Ruin Town, so save if you wish and exit Indigos.

//World Map
  Head to the west and Ruin Town is right there.

//Ruin Town
  Once you enter Ruin Town, a short cutscene occurs, and a battle will
begin with an enemy.

::Battle::
No. of Enemies - 1
Difficulty - Easy
  If your HP is still low from the last battle, I suggest you use your
herbs to heal yourself. Watch out, the enemy has a pretty high attack
power and you might find yourself using the herbs more than once, but
keep attacking him and eventually he will go down.

//Ruin Town
  After the battle, you will talk with Lado and you'll both exit Ruin
Town and end up on the world map again.

//World Map
  Go back east to go to Indigos.

//Indigos
  Once you arrive, head back over to Shu's Apartment.

//Shu's Apartment
  When you arrive, Lado will have finished healing Lieza and another
cutscene will occur and Lieza will have joined your party. After the
cutscene, head on over to the Hunter's Guild.

//Hunter's Guild
  Talk to the man on the counter and you will recieve a new job,
eliminating a notorious group of bandits, but there is no pay involved.

//Back Alley
  After you take the Job, you will go into the Back Alley, where you
find out the whole job was just a set up to attack you.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 4
Difficulty - Easy
  Everytime you defeat an enemy here, a new one appears. Just keep
fighting and defeating the monsters and soon the battle will end and
Rent-a-Cops will come.

//Indigos Bar
  After the narrow escape, you will meet Shante, a dancer in the bar.
She "tricks" you into hiring her for her help, and if you don't got the
money, then you have to make enough to hire her. After the cutscene,
head on back to Shu's Apartment.

//Shu's Apartment
  When you enter, it will automatically take you into Shu's room and
when you're talking to him, he will join your party. Take this time to
save if you want. When you're done, go rest up at the bed, and by the
time you wake up, it will be day time again. Head on over to the
Hunter's Guild to get an job so you can earn some cash.

//Hunter's Guild
  Talk to the person at the counter to choose which job you would like
to take. There are two to choose jobs you can choose right now, they
are either Indigos Sewer Research or Ghost House Ruin Town. For which
ever one you decide to choose, head over to Section 8. Hunter Guild
Jobs for information on each job. You might consider healing before
each job so you're in top condition. Once you have enough money to pay
for Shante [1500G], head over to the town bar.

//Indigos Bar
  Go inside and talk to the barkeeper, he will deliver you a message
telling you to go back to the bar after its closed. Since you have time
to kill, explore the town if you wish, and then head to Shu's Apartment
for the next scenes to come up. After the scenes, head out and go back
to bar.
  When you reach inside you will have a nasty surprise waiting for you.
Get ready for battle.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 5
Difficulty - Easy
  All you have to do to win this battle is defeat Gulnag. So you can
either focus all your attacks on him, or defeat the Robbers first then
defeat him. Defeating the Robbers first will net you more exp though.

//Indigos Bar
  After winning the battle, some cutscenes occur, then times time for
another battle.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 7
Difficulty - Easy to Moderate
  I would start with going after the Zombies first, but remember that
after they turn into dust, you have to attack them once more before
they turly die, or they will come back to life. Same goes for the Death
Wizards. After the Zombies are taken care of, focus the attacks on the
Death Wizards before heading over to the main man. Be sure to heal if
you need to, but you can do so in the next town anyway, so there really
isn't any point in doing so. This battle might be moderate or easy...
depending on something...I guess.

//Indigos
  After some more cutscenes, its time to buy whatever else you need here
[such as herbs]. You can also go to Shu's Apartment to heal and save
if you need to. Then exit the town. Go north on the world map to
find Prodias.

//Prodias
  Upon entering, Elc will show Lieza and Shu his apartment, along with
a little cutscene.

//Prodias Item Shop
  //Items              //Cost
     Revival Dust         1000G
     Cure-All             1000G

     Pad                  400G
     Tooth                200G

//Elc's Apartment
  While talking, Elc will tell you to head south to find the square that
they are looking for. Head out the apartment and explore the town.

//Prodias
  Once you're ready to proceed with the game, go near the bridge, but
do not cross it. Talk to the man right by the light pole and it will
start a little sequence. He will tell you about a person who has a
spare ticket for the ceremony. So exit Prodias and head west to
Hien Skyport.

//World Map
  Head west and go to where you see the big blimp on the world map to
find the Hien Skyport.

//Hien Skyport
  After a little...shocking cutscene, talk to Lynx and he'll give you a
ticket for the ceremony. Once that's done, go back to the world map.

//World Map
  Head east toward Prodias, but do not enter it, instead, keep going
east, then follow the road south and the Ceremonay Pavilion will be
there.

//Ceremony Pavilion
  Just watch the cutscenes go by and Elc and co. will head back to Hien
Skyport, and more cutscenes will come up.

//Research Lab
  After all the cutscenes have ended, you will end up at Vilmir's
Research Lab. When you can move Elc again, go upstairs to Valmir's
House and head out of there.

//Yudo Village
  When you're in the village, follow the road south and talk to an old
woman, she will give you 5 Doggie Treats. There is also a Small Sword
to be found in the Native's Hut [house to far right after you go down
the road from Vilmir's House. At the furthest south-western house in
the village, you can enter the house from the back [you can't see the
opening] and it will lead you to a chest with a Revenge Bandanna.
  Buy some things if you want, you can save in Vilmir's House also.
When you're ready to continue, then exit the village to the world map
so we can take a break from the story line for once.

//World Map
  Once on the world map there are two places you can go, you can either
head over to the Combine Shop, or to the Sealed Ruins. I would head on
over to the Combine Shop, since you will have to go to the Sealed Ruins
later anyway.

//Combine Shop
  This is a place where you can combine your items/weapons to make other
weapons or items. At this point in the game I'm not sur if you can
combine anything yet, but if you can, you might want to consider about
combining them. When you're done here, head back to Yudo Village.

//Yudo Village
  When here, go back to Vilmir's Research Lab and go through the doors
into the lab. There, some cutscenes will occur. When that's done and
over with, head over to the Sealed Ruins.

//Sealed Ruins
  Once you enter the ruins, you'll start battling. I won't list any
battle information since they are all easy, and there are quite a few.
After you battle each area, look for stairs that lead down to the next
floor. There also might be treasures on certain floors. Lia will be
found on the 3rd floor. After you find her, you'll end back up at Yudo
Village.

//Yudo Village
  After the cutscene, you should consider healing and saving before
going back into the Sealed Ruins again. If you go rest in the bed, you
will get another dream about Elc's childhood. Once thats done, if you
need items, then make sure to go buy them. Once you're ready, head out
to the Sealed Ruins.

//Sealed Ruins
  Fight your way to the 3rd level again and a cutscene will show that
the Diekbeck needs a power unit, which is located even deeper into the
ruins. So keep going deeper, when you reach the 8th floor, you'll have
to battle again in order to get the power unit. When that's all done,
you have to return to the 3rd floor to give the power unit to Diekbeck.

//Vilmir's House
  After quite a lengthly cutscene, you end up back at Vilmir's house
again. Go downstairs for a new cutscene, a the men in black are back.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 5
Difficulty - Easy
  This battle is easy. All you gotta do is keep attacking them, magic
doesn't work that well, but you can use it anyway if you would like to
attack more than one at a time. Magic will deal probably around 10-25
hp on the enemy.

//Vilmir's House
  When you're awake, you find out that your airship is right outside the
village, so head on out and go to the skyport.

//World Map
  Head right for the Hein up north to get to the Makeshift Skyport.

//Makeshif Skyport
  Check out the new, Hien Aircraft. After you take off, you will get
to choose where to go. Head on over to East Aldia.

//World Map
  Enter East Aldia, then return to Indigos.

//Indigos
  Once here, return to Shu's Apartment for a cutscene. Once that's over
and done with, head over to Indigos Bar.

//Indigos Bar
  Once that cutscene is done, head back to Shu's Apartment to get some
more shut eye. Also note that if you go into the Indigos Hunter's Guild
at this point, a new job opens up.

//Shu's Apartment
  Well, an unexpected turn of events. Time to do battle, and capture a
wanted criminal, Slasher.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 5
Difficulty - Easy
  All you have to do in order to win this battle is defeat Slasher.
Just gang up on him and the battle will be over in no time. If you
want more exp, then I recommend taking out as much of the other enemies
that you can.

//Shu's Apartment
  Once all the fuss has been done, head back over Indigos Bar.

//Indigos Bar
  After talking to Shante, go get any items that you need. When you're
ready, go back into Indigos Bar, talk to Shante, and get ready for the
leave.

//World Map
  Go to the north-west to find Gallarno's House and enter. At this time
you can also go back to Prodias to get some Hunter Guild Jobs.

//Gallarno's House
  After a short cutscene, you get attacked by some monsters, its time
for another battle.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 5
Difficulty - Easy
  I actually succeeded in capturing the Level 19 Blood Fiend here, this
battle shouldn't be any harder than all the others you've come across.

//Gallarno's House
  After the battle, theres a little job of finding the key for the room.
Go left and the two doors on the top lead to battles, while the bottom
will lead to a Gauze Wrap+1.
  On the right hallway, the first door on the left will lead to a
battle. You will find the key on the second door to the right, and the
bottom room has a Long Sword in the chest.
  Once the key's been found, go back to the main hallway, and go through
the door that used to be locked.

//Main Auditorium
  A short cutscene will start, then its time to battle with the Slasher
yet again.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 5
Difficulty - Easy
  Hopefully, your party won't be really low on HP and you stocked up on
items. If you HP is low, then you should heal it first. To finish this
battle quickly, focus all your attacks on Slasher and the battle will
end in no time.

//Main Auditorium
  After another quick cutscene, another battle will begin.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 5
Difficulty - Easy
  All you have to do is bring Gallarno down and the battle is over.

//Main Auditorium
  More cutscenes will follow after the battle, when they are all done
with, you'll end up back at Indigos.

//Indigos
  First thing you should do is rest up and save, then go buy anything
that you might need. There are also new jobs you can do. Once you're
finished there, leave town.

//World Map
  Go to Hien Port, then head for West Aldia. You can also return during
this time to Yagos Isle to recieve a new party member--Deikbeck.

//Airship Landing Point
  After you land here, a little cutscene will come on, and your party
will all leave the area. Go north east to Salba Desert.

//Salba Desert
  When you enter the desert, a bunch of monsters will begin to attack
your party. The party you decide to use for this first fight, will be
the party you will have to use for all the up coming fights in the Salba
Desert area.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 5
Difficulty - Easy
  The enemies here are easy and it should hardly be a problem taking
them out.

//Salba Desert
  Head East 1 screen and get ready for another battle.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 6
Difficulty - Easy
  I split my party into 2 groups for this battle. One group went for
the enemies on the left, and the other went for the other on the right.
This sped up the time it took to win the battle. Make sure you don't
use a certain magic on an enemy who has protection from it.

//Salba Desert
  Head East another screen and another group of enemies will attack you.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 6
Difficulty - Easy
  It's the same thing you've been through so far, make sure to heal if
your HP is getting kinda low.

//Salba Desert
  After the battle, go north into the passage and into the forest.

//Lost Forest
  The first house that you see when you enter has a shop, a place to
rest, and a place to save in it. Make sure you buy whatever items you
may need, rest, and save. After that, head north again to continue on.

//Lost Forest Shop

//Lost Forest
  The Lost forest is a huge maze and each place you enter will contain a
battle waiting for you. The battles are all pretty easy, but make sure
you stocked up on items in case you've been through too many battles.

//White House
  After a few scenes you will be in the sewers. You can exit and end
back on the World Map if you need to rest and whatnot.

//White House Sewer
  When you enter the sewers, you will be asked to choose your party
members. The members you choose will be the ones you use for these
battles.
  Head down then to the right and go up the ladder, this will take you
to a resting room, so heal and save if you need to.
  Go back to where you first entered the sewers. Go left, then cross
the bridge and continue going all the way down. To the right, you will
see a switch, activate it and the door to the left open. Enter the
door and get ready for a battle.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 4
Difficulty - Easy
  Split your party into two groups to make this battle faster. Be sure
to watch out for the Freezy's ability to use a breath attack and make
party members fall asleep.

//White House Sewer
  After the battle, head out the left most door. Continue going left,
and the next cross roads, head up. Then go left again and down the
stairs. Hit the switch and continue going down for another battle.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 4
Difficulty - Easy
  This battle is a piece of cake, not many tips needed.

//White House Sewer
  Get the treasure chest at the bottom right of the room and then exit
the room again and head back up the stairs. Now go to the right, down,
then to the left, go down the stairs, and then through the doors.
  Go up, and then all the way to the right to the next room. Once you
are there, hit the switch and go back to the previous room. Go back
to the left and down, near the door where you entered this room from,
and go to the right and a new battle will begin.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 5
Difficulty - Easy
  This is another easy battle. If you need help on it...then...all I
can say is, good luck.

//White House Sewer
  After the battle, go up through the door at the top. From there, head
left through the door and get the treasure chest at the bottom. Go back
out the room with the treasure chest and go back to the room where you
just had your battle.
  Go to the bottom right of the room and exit the room to proceed with
another battle

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 4
Difficulty - Easy
  Just like the last battle but with one less enemy.

//White House Sewer
  Don't go up to the door at the top. There is nothing there and when
you exit that room, the previous room will respawn with monsters. This
might be a place you want to keep fighting if you want to level up
though.
  After the battle, go right through the door and you'll reach the area
of a new battle scene.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 6
Difficulty - Easy
  This battle will be just like the other battles, except that it has
one new enemy. Make sure to not keep your party members grouped that
much, or the Freezy will just have a bigger chance to put more of your
party members to sleep at once.

//White House Sewer
  When the battle ends, hit the switch at the top of the room and then
enter the door that opens.
  The door on the left leads to a rest and save point. Use it if you
need to. When you are done there, pull the switch and go to the door
on the right.

**All the battles in the White House are pretty easy, kind of like
random battles from RPG's, I will not include any strats unless it is a
story battle, or a battle I think people could use some tips**

//White House
  When you first enter, you have a chance to change the members who will
participate in the upcoming battles in the White House. Change them if
you want. Hit the first switch that you see next to the first door and
enter it for a battle. After the battle, grab the treasure chest and
exit the room.
  When you're done, go to the right, hit the switch and go through the
door that opens. Activate the switch at the top of the room and a new
door will open. Go back out and into the middle door, enemies will be
in the room and it will be time to battle.
  When the battle is over, go to the top of the room, then to the right.
In the next room, head all the way down, then to the left and activate
a switch. After that is done, go all the way to the right to see the
door that opened up, enter it and at the top right of the room will be
a treasure chest. Exit the room.
  Go to the left to see a switch right next to a door, activate the
switch and enter the room.
  Finish the battle and to the top right of the room will have a switch.
Go and activate it, then exit the room. Go left and enter the door
there. While in that room, go to the top left of the room and up the
stairs.
  Keep going down, then go left. The first two doors contain nothing,
but you are free to go in and look around. Activate the switch to the
last door on the left and enter.
  Once you are in the room, there are trap doors all over the floor.
If you step on them, it will take you to a room below where you will
have to battle and the make your way back to that room. You can tell
which floors are trap by looking at them. They will have have any
circles on them like real floors. Avoid these trap floors and make your
way to the top left of the room to activate the switch, then enter the
door that opens.
  At this point, if you would like to rest and save, then go left, down,
then left again and through the door to reach the White House Sewer
again. Once there, activate the switch, go through the door, and up
the stairs on the right to reach the rest room. Backtrack back to the
White House when you are finished.
  Go all the way to the right and activate the switch, then enter the
door that opens. You'll have a warm welcome, a chance to select your
party members, then off to battle you go.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 3
Difficulty - Moderate
  The Two Ectoplasm's will die pretty fast. Probably 1 or 2 hits is all
you need. Take them out first then aim for the main guy.
  Gunhed has 5 parts to it. It has 2 hands, 2 shoulders, and a body.
Split your party to having two seperate people attacking each hand, and
have one character attacking the body. While the other two should heal
and support in any way they can.
  When attacking the hand, make sure that no party member stands behind
the party member attacking the hand. If they do, the arm will be able
to attack more than one party member at once.
  Once the hand is taken care of, then there will be a platform behind
it you can jump to. This will allow you the ability to attack the
shoulder.
  When attacking the body, it will counter attack with a grenade. This
grenade will affect anyone on the ladder and anyone one panel away from
the ladder so be careful.
  All you have to do to win the battle is destroy the body.

//White House
  After the battle, past the bridge and enter the door that opens. A
cutscene will follow once you enter the room. Then, get ready for a
new battle.

::BATTLE::

  Just your basic enemies, you can defeat them all pretty fast.

//White House
  Once the battle is over, exit the room and go across the bridge again.
Exit that room and go to the left, where that closed door is now open.
Enter and a cutscene will begin.

//White House Playground
  Watch the cutscene, then a chance to select your party members will
arise and a new battle will begin.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 5
Difficulty - Easy
  Easy battle, it shouldn't be much trouble. Make sure to heal if you
haven't, since the previous battles probably have lowered your HP a lot.

//White House Playground
  After another cutscene a one on one battle will begin with the option
of only being able to use Elc.

::BATTLE::

  Well this is one sick battle set up by Gallarno. Just attack a couple
of times and the battle ends on its own.

  Well, there isn't anything you can do to avoid this battle, so just
keep attacking. Use items to heal whenever you need to and you will be
just fine.
  If you happen to loose this battle, it will just begin where again.

//Hidden Room
  When the battle ends, a long cutscene will bein.

//Silver Noah
  After all the cutscenes, you will gain control of Lieza. Go out the
room, down the stairs, then talk to the Pilot and a new cutscene will
begin and you will shift to Arc.

//White House Playground
  You gain control of Arc here. Go through the door at the top and hit
the switch near the door. Enemies will come out which you will have to
fight.
  Go through the door and head to the left, a cutscene will begin, along
with an FMV scene.

//Touvil
  After all the cutscenes, you will gain control of Shu. Go left and
enter Touvil Quarry.

//Touvil Quarry
  Here, you find out that the Silver Noah needs repairs. Chopin will
suggest talking to Kukuru to find a way to Romalia.

//Touvil
  Go back to where you came from and enter the Sabatico Shrine.

//Sabatico Shrine
  Once you enter, there is a place to rest and save to the left. When
that is done, continue going back to look for Kukuru. Once you find
her, talk to her and she will transport you to Palencia.

  Pepe will be the one sitting on the couch at the far top right of the

Continue talking to him and he will ask you to go to Quina Hill to ask
you to find him 4 Shimmer Stones. So go back to the world map.

will ask if you got the Shimmer Stones. Tell him 'yes' and he will tell
you to talk to him when you're ready. When you're ready, go talk to him
and the rest will go by itself.

//Romalia Battleship
  After you rest, save if you need to, then exit out the room.

**I won't list any of the battles here, unless it has to do with the
story since all the battles here are just like random battles**

//Romalia Battleship 3F
  Just go stright down again and you'll begin a battle. After the
battle, continue going down.
  To the left of where you just came out, there is a switch, press it
and then proceed to the left. There is a down on the bottom, enter it
and a new battle will begin. Make sure to jump across the fence during
the battle so you can get to the treasure chest over there. After you
finish the battle, exit the room.
  Now go to the right and enter the door on the bottom. There will be
a switch to the right of the room you just entered. Hit the switch and
then leave the room.
  From there, go stright up and enter the door at the very top, there
will be two treasure chests there. After you grab them, leave the room.
  Go left and enter the other door at the top, there, a battle begin.
They should not even be a problem. Before you leave the room, make sure
to hit the switch at the top of the room.
  Proceed right, then down until you see a door on the right side of the
wall. Go through it then head up and go through the door, which will
lead you to Romalia Battleship 2F.

//Romalia Battleship 2F
  Keep going left and then up the door at the very end.

//Romalia Battleship 3F
  Go to the left then all the way down. Then go to the right and enter

  Go back to the left, up then go to the door that just opened to gain
access to the treasure chest. Leave the room and go through the door on
top.

  Go up and then take a right when the road splits to hit the switch.
After you hit the switch, continue left then up to the 1F.

//Romalia Battleship 1F
  Go down, then right, and enter the first room you see. When in the
room, go all the way up and hit the switch. Then leave the room and
continue all the way right, enter the last room on the right.
  The room is totally dark, continue up and you will see, faintly, two
switches. Activate them both and a battle begins. Defeat them, then
leave the room.
  Now go left a little and go through the series of doors and you will
reach Romalia Battleship 2F again.

//Romalia Battleship 2F
  Go left, then up to reach the 3F.

//Romalia Battleship 3F
  Go down, then right and enter the door there. There will be a
treasure chest for you to get. After you get it, exit.
  Go back up and to the left and enter the door to reach the 2F again.

//Romalia Battleship 2F
  This time, go all the way to the right and you will see a switch after
you pass through a door. Hit the switch and continue to the right, then
up.

//Romalia Battleship 1F
  Follow the path into a new room, which 4 enemies will appear for a
battle. After the battle, go right and there will be a door at the
bottom, enter it.
  Go right and enter the door.

//Romalia Battleship 2F
  Go right, up then though the doors for another battle. After the
battle, go up to enter the next area.

//Romalia Battleship 1F
  Go through the doors that will lead to the Airship Hanger.

//Airship Hanger
  After a short cutscene, a new battle begins.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 6
Difficulty - Moderate
  My advice is to go after the Assassin's first, then go after the
Poison Cloud's. Make sure Shante heals whenever it is needed. 6
enemies ganging up on 2 isn't really a fair fight.

//Launch Deck
  After the battle, watch the little cutscene. Then you will have
control of Shante. Pull the level and watch the little cutscene, then
when it gives you the option, pull the right lever and watch the
cutscene.

//Clenia Inn
  When Shante wakes up, she'll be in Clenia Inn. Watch the little
cutscene and go save if you need to. Talk to the Inn keeper and he will
tell you that Gruga is at Training Rock right outside of town. Exit the
Inn.

     Cloth Wrap            800G
     Shoulder Grd         2000G

//Clenia Town
  Exit the town so you can go to Training Rock to look for Gruga. Make
sure to stock up on items if you need to.

//World Map
  Go east from where you are and you will find Training Rock.

//Training Rock
  It happens that you've made it just in time to foil a plan by a group
of Assassins to hurt Gruga. Time to battle.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 4
Difficulty - Easy
  This is a pretty easy battle. Have Gruga go for the two Assassins at
the top of the area and have Shante battle the enemies at the bottom.

//Training Rock
  After the battle, there will be a short cutscene and you will be on
the World Map again.

//World Map
  Head west from Training Rock to go back to Clenia Town.

//Clenia Town
  When you get back to Clenia town, go to the Inn and rest up for the
day tomorrow.

//Clenia Inn
  Leave the Inn and go to the Clenia Arena Courtyard at the top of the
town.

//Clenia Arena Courtyard
  Once you're in here, go talk to Gruga fight for the semifinals. After
the battle, leave the Arena and go back to the Inn to rest up for the
next day, which the finals will be held.

//Clenia Inn
  Leave the Inn again and go to the Clenia Arena Courtyard once again.

//Clenia Arena Courtyard
  Talk to Gruga again and begin to watch the match for the finals.

//Clenia Town
  After the battle you'll end up in Clenia Town again. Go back to the
Inn once again.

//Clenia Inn
  Save if you want to then follow Gruga into the room. Once you're in
that room, there will be a note on the left bed with a sword on it. Go
up to it and read it. Stock up on items and save if you need to, then
leave Clenia Town.

//World Map
  Once you are on the world map, go North East, up the hill and you will
find the Vacant House there. Proceed to enter.

//Vacant House
  Gruga and Shante will enter the house, once inside there will be a
monster waiting to fight you. It's time to battle.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 3
Difficulty - Easy
  This shouldn't be very hard, make sure to heal with Shante if you need
to. Take out the two Dragonflies first, then attack the Wizard.

//Vacant House
  After winning the battle, go up the stairs and go through the right
door. The left door contains nothing, but you're welcome to enter if
you want to entertain yourself. Once you enter through the right door,
you will be attacked again.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 4
Difficulty - Moderate
  To have Gruga dish out more damage, make him cast Gruga Charge and it
will raise his atk. Have Shante heal whenever needed, and have her
attack as much as she can. This battle shouldn't be hard.

//Clenia Inn
  After some short cutscenes, you'll be back in Clenia Inn. When you
can control Shante again, go outside and talk to Gruga, where another
cutscene will begin and fade out, taking you back to Sabatico Shrine.

//Sabatico Shrine
  After some more cutscenes, you will be able to control Lieza. Leave
the Shrine to Touvil. Head west to the Touvil Quarry and talk to the
person there and you will be on your way to Lieza's hometown, Holn.

//Forles Skyport
  Theres not much you can do here so just exit to the wworld map.

//World Map
  To get to Lieza's hoemtown, head West. You will see a little village
on a hill. Holn is located there. Enter it once you reach there.

//Holn
  Once you enter, you will see some people picking on a little boy,
Lieza will help him and a battle will begin.

::BATTLE::
No. of Enemies - 5
Difficulty - Moderate/Hard
  The Kelack can also cure so make sure to make use of this ability.
This battle might be kind of hard, since Lieza doesn't really have good
atk, and neither does the others, except maybe Paundit. After you
defeat three, the battle should end by itself.

//Holn
  After the battle, there will be a little cutscene. You will find that
the rock blocking the way into Holn is too big to move yourself, so go
back to the world map so you can go to Ramul to find some help.

//World Map
  Head East to the Forles Skyport, and then head South to find Ramul.

//Ramul
  Once you're here, you can rest up if you need to and buy some items if
you want. You can also find some new jobs at the Hunter's Guild. Then,
when you're done, it's off to look for someone who can help.

//Ramul Shop
