the game. I completed the Jedi Arena Section.
1.5) February 14, 2002 There is rumor about
unlocking Darth Maul and Yoda for Jedi Arena. I'm
posting it with huge credit. I added a new section
to this guide. And another. Added the chapter and
mission titles. Even corrected many mistakes.
(Maybe now I will get put on gamefaqs)

1.7) February 23, 2002 Another section added.
Walkthrough finished! Hoorah. Just as a present, I
added the order the shields go out in Valuable
Assistance. They may be different from your game,
but they probably aren't.
1.8) February 28, 2002 DM strategy under each level

Basic skills:
Left Trigger: Force button. Access force attacks.
Right Trigger: Locks onto enemy. Useful in
repelling bullets.
A Button: Jumps. Use with the force attack in order
to jump higher.
B Button: Acrobatics. Use with force to blast
MOVEABLE objects away, or at enemies.
X Button: Crouch. Use with force attack to pull
BLASTERS away from enemies.
Y Button: Opens doors. Use with force attack to
throw enemies off the edge.
White Button: Hold it to look around with out
moving. With force attack it slows time
temporarily.
Black Button: Turns you around fast. Works in force
jump.
Right Thumb Stick: Controls light saber swing.
Force power enhances it.
Left Thumb Stick: Steers Obi-Wan
Direction Pad: Uses inventory item. Turns light
saber on and off. (Keep it on all of the time.)

____________________________________________

Combos: Using the force with the light saber makes
the attack stronger, but uses force energy (blue
meter). All force attacks (such as the force + A
button) Use the same energy. I like to slow down
time and use the light saber for a cool, Matrix
like affect. If you have full force power, and get
near an enemy, push up on the right thumb stick,
you will automatically trip the enemy, and stab
down on him. A touch R rated, it works well. My
favorite combo of all is to use the force and Y
button, which pushes the enemy. If he falls, run to
him, and swing at the ground. In chapter 2, you
will be able to defeat the armored enemies quickly
with this move. Try to pull guns away from the
enemy, and run up and hit them. They'll be easy to
defeat with no gun. You could also pull the gun
away, and (while keeping the force button down) hit
the enemy with your saber. This next one is need in
the game. Hold down the force button, and push the
right trigger into the controller. Don't jam it,
just do it so it clicks. This throws your light
saber. Steer it with the right trigger, holding the
force button. When you need it back, just let go of
the force button. You can block with the light
saber if you push down when someone swings or shoos
at you. It repels bullets, and stuns the enemy.
In chapter five, if you use the attack on a droid,
it may kick him into the wall. It does the same
thing.

Send me your combos at wassup1444465@aol.com. I'll
give you credit for them.

Allies: Resistance fighters: These guys can be your
best friends. Keep them alive, but stay out of
their fire, because it can hit you. They are very
common in Betrayal.
Jedi: Eeth Koth and Plo Koon appear only in one
level to help you (aside from Jedi arena). Qui-Gon
Jinn helps you in several, but dies at the end of
the game. These guys are not damaged by your
attacks; so don't worry about getting to close.
Captain Panaka: One of the resistance fighters, his
cousin once knew a Jedi. He will do anything for
the Queen.
Queen Amidala: She does some help in the level
where you have to help in the pilot hanger (I think
that's her. It may be Asha.) You protect her in one
level.
Asha: A palace servant, she is glad to be of any
assistance to you once you save her life.
Common Enemies: Droids: There are several types of
these droids. The regular droids, and the droids
with the red stripes usually use guns or electro
blades, except for when you take those weapons
away. Then they will use hand-to-hand combat.
Droids with blue stripes always use this combat.
Small droids which yell terminate are suicide
droids, and blow up n your face. Force push them
away, and use them against the other droids. Not as
small droids will attack with explosives, but if
you get close, they don't shoot. The tallest will
do the same thing, except they are huge, on four
legs. Getting close to attack works well when
against them. Assasin droids have similar armor as
the Jin'Ha, so use good combat tactics on them.
Jin'Ha: Heavily armed, they come in the similar
varieties as droids, and are armed with cortosis,
which can withstand your light saber.
Black Heth Thugs: One to two hits from the saber
will destroy them.

Powerups and Medals
Health Powerup: Green with metal rings around it.
Restores some of Obi-Wan's health.
Full Health: Green with metal rings and flashing
energy. Restores all of Obi-Wan's health.
Invincibility Powerup: Purple coin Obi-Wan becomes
temporarily invincible.
Unlimited Force: Temporary unlimited force power.

Medals: They are just there to get, with no secrets
in them.

Exploration: Find several markers in a level to get
this.

Force: Activate the force several times to get
this.

Light saber Accuracy: 100% accuracy earns this one.

Live: Win the level on your first try.

Time: Available only after you have gotten the
other levels in a level. Beat the clock to earn
this.

Way too Many

So there are too many droids, and there giving you
problems. You almost broke your controller when you
through it, but fixed it. You want tips badly. Here
is where I will put the tips, according to the
enemy.

Jin'Ha

These bad boys have manufactured some good weapons,
so you need to steal them. In large groups,
however, if one has grenades, lure everyone to one
spot, and jump out of the way when he shoots.
Everyone else gets damaged, but not you. This makes
it easier to attack them.
When they all have no guns, just swords, use the
force and to the left or right on the right thumb
stick. It can take out many at once. In escape,
however, you may just want to run, and avoid combat
until the end.

Droids

When grouped with regular droids, you may want to
do one of two things. Just reflect their bullets,
or use a force to the side light saber attack.
Either works.

Assassin Droids
Keep full force power, and super force attack one
of them, and then let your force recharge while
defending yourself and repeat for all remaining
droids.

Suicide Droids (The ones yelling terminate)

Either throw your light saber from a distance into
them, or force push them into one another. If there
are many other droids hanging around, throw the
suicide droids into them.

Tall and Short Explosive Droids

Get as close as you can to one, and hit it as fast
as you can until it dies, and then go to the next.

Black Heth Thugs

If any have explosives, lure them all to one spot,
and let them throw the explosives. For the small
fee of energy, they all die. If they all have
swords and clubs, concentrate on one, kill him, and
turn around and kill another. Steeling their
blasters, or reflecting their shots, are both also
good ideas.
Advanced Enemy Tactics
You are advanced when:
You can beat many enemies at once, and want all of
them to fight you. That's right, every last one of
them.
You want the Jedi Council to assist them in that
action.
You are so good with the force you should take
Yoda's place.
You know when to conserve force power.
You know every aspect of the game, including where
the enemies hide.
You never scramble around looking for health.
You want me to stop giving away all of the good
parts of the game.

These are special tactics chosen specifically for
advanced players:

Charge Supreme 1: Instead of running form the
enemies, you charge like there is no tomorrow.
Doing this, if you catch them off balance, you can
probably take them out at once.

Charge Supreme 2: Get a good distance from the
enemies, throw your saber at them to hit them, and
run up to them, catch the saber, and hit them all
hard and fast. You mess this up, and you probably
will die.

Charge Supreme 3: Do the same thing, except jump
when catching your saber, go into slow motion, and
nail a jump attack followed by a force attack.

Intermediate Enemy Tactics
Rating:
You are decent at the game.
You find enemies aren't bad problems.
You've beaten the game once or twice.
You know most of the secrets, but still wonder
about a few of them.
The informant level no longer scares you.

These are the special tactics chosen specifically
for intermediates:

Swerve and Strike 1: Lock onto your enemy, and then
swerve to the right or left, and strike them at
their side.

Swerve and Strike 2: Lock onto your enemy, and then
throw your saber, hit them, and catch, following up
with a block and strike.

Swerve and Strike 3: Lock onto them, do the same
thing, except this time use a force attack after
you throw it, and then follow up with a block, and
go backwards to stay on balance.

Beginner Enemy Tactics
Rating:
You just got the game.
The levels scare you.
There are too many enemies.
You can't beat the informant mission.

Tactics specially chosen:
First of all, see the tactics section.

Acrobat 1: Use the acrobatic button to dodge
attacks, and make your way through the level
without killing enemies.

Acrobat 2: Do the same, only this time, throw items
to clear more of an area with fewer enemies.

Acrobat3: The same, except stop to get some health
when you run low, and reflect the bullets.

Sorry, but the tactics for the beginners are a
little less, well, aggressive, but they do work.

Special Enemy Tactics

Note that in this section, the tactics are named
after the members of the gamefaqs.com board users
who helped me, or just became friends.

Willow Womper 1: This tactic requires precise
timing. You first attack one opponent, and the
second you finish, turn around with the black
button while swinging, hit your enemy, and when
they are stunned from the blow, force swing again,
and take them out.
Willow Womper 2: The other version requires you to
fight a group of enemies, but without the force
attack. From there, you do one of two things. If
there are more enemies, and you have low health,
you force attack, then jump attack, force push, and
charge them and finish them off. If you have high
health, you force push them, charge, throw your
saber, jump, flip backwards, get them chasing you,
and then turn around while using the force swing to
take them out by surprise.
Obi-Wan Kenobi Pince (M-3): With this, you have to
be very good with the saber, and agility. Since
there is only one of you, this is hard. You have to
run up to your opponents, attack, jump over, get
them from behind, turn, and turn again, hit them,
jump over again, throw your saber, force push them,
charge, hit, jump over them, and kill them with a
force attack. It is very complicated, but is hard
to defend, so it can work.
Obi-Wan Kenobi Pince (M-5): Do the same thing,
except instead of jumping, charge, and then do
acrobatics, and don't swing at them from behind,
but do an acrobatic, turn, and then while you
charge swing, and then do the jumps as stated
before. This creates a new balance of tactics, and
if you can dodge the counter attacks, you will
prevail.
Quiz Kid Puzzle: You have to be able to confuse
your enemies with this tactic. First, you must run
around your enemies as if you were herding them.
After a few laps, rush to the center, jump, land
turn, and throw your saber. Back off with
acrobatics, catch the saber, charge halfway, throw
it again, and continue to run, catch it, and finish
with a force swing. If it doesn't get rid of
everyone, charge the remaining enemies, jump, turn,
and then swing at whoever gets in your way. Flail
around, and concentrate on the last enemy. This is
the only time you should resort to being reckless,
so have fun. Kill the last enemy however you want.
Quiz Kid Riddle: Here, you have to watch the
patterns of your enemy. What you do is you watch
how they charge, what their dominant hand is (block
an attack), and where they charge from. You are
solving the riddle. If they are lefties, and charge
from the right, lock onto them with the right
trigger, jump to the right, and before they hit,
either before them, block, or evade the attack. If
the are righties and charge from the left, lock on,
swerve there, and do the same thing. If a righty
charges from the right, throw your saber, lock on,
swerve right, jump over them, and hit them. Same
with the lefties, except to swerve left.
Xbox Generation Warrior: This tactic is for pure
pros. You must charge a group of enemies, but stay
in the center of them. Fight each one of them off,
or two at a time. The trick is not to use force
attacks, but to make good use of the acrobatic
button and black button. With those, you can take
out a group of enemies the quickest, and if you
dodged right, with little damage.
Next Generation Xcube2: To pull this maneuver, you
have to be a skilled fighter, and use the coolest
looking skills. Charge the enemies, and use
everything you learned against them. Let them team
up on you; just use the slow time button to see
when they attack. Basically, jump their attacks,
and use acrobatics in order to dodge the bullets.
Throw any object you can, and throw the enemies
against the walls. This tactic is best on the
Jin'Ha levels, and is a good challenge.
Next Generation Warrior- Charge your foe, but jump
them at the last second. Get them to chase you, and
when they get close, turn and swing as fast as you
can. Then, turn again, and take them out by getting
them surprised, however you like to do it. Block
every attack they throw at you, and counter with
your own. If there are many enemies in the area,
then take them out one by one as best you can.

FAQ/Walkthrough

Note for DM times: The battle arenas just require
blocking, and fast attacking, for when there's an
opening. The training droid just needs to be pushed
down, and then whacked at. In Royal, just let
people kill theirselves, and then attack. Kill Adi-
Galia right away, though.

Chapter 1-Corascant and the Black Heth: Mission 1-
Shadows of Corascant

Pull out your lightsaber the second you start this
level. Trust me you'll need it. Kill the guys you
see. Not Chewbacca! Leave him be, or talk to him,
and he will help you in the level by killing the
enemies. But hitting him makes him attack you, so
don't. Do a little walking and killing. There
should be many ramps to climb. One will take you
to an area in the top of the whole complex. You
will know it's the right one because you will get a
new mission objective to appear at the top of the
screen. "Clear the obstructive blocking the train!"
Kill anyone near, or on, the train. One guy will
need you to hit him several times before he dies.
Once no one is left, use the force push (force and
b) on the large object in the track. Congrats,
rookie. You just beat level 1.

Time Beating: You just have to know your way around
the level first, and get to the top, move the
obstacle and kill the thug as quickly as you can.

Bonus: Beat the Training Droid
Kill him like any enemy, and you can progress.
Exploration: On the ledge over the door.
Life: Just use whatever you normally do to beat it.
Accuracy: Force push, then hit it.
Force: Just push it a couple of times.
Time: Force push it, then keep swing at the ground
as it gets up, and get behind it, and you can kill
this guy in less than 15 seconds.

Bonus 2: Beat Depa Bilaba
Medals:
Exploration: On the ledge over the door.
Life: Just use whatever you normally do to beat
her.
Accuracy: Force push, then hit her.
Force: Just push her a couple of times.
Time: Simple, charge her, and rapidly swing while
avoiding her attacks.

This is the same thing. From here on, I will just
mention the title of the bonus mission, so you
know. The medal tactics shall remain the same, so I
will not post them for the Jedi Battle missions,
but will for the War Chief and other missions.

Also, completing bonus missions may unlock some
goodies if it's your first time through.

Mission 2-Rescue the Informant: (Thanks to the
board posters. They will be in the credit section)

This takes patients. You start at a top tower. Drop
down 1 level, and you will hear a guard saying to
sound the alarm. This will happen many times, but I
will only explain what to do once. Find the droid,
and kill it (It looks like C3PO). Anyone attacking
you will need to be destroyed, too. Drop another
level, and kill all bad guys once again. This is
what kills, confuses, and frustrates people. You
need to find 1 of two computers, and push Y on it.
Fall down a level, and kill everyone once again.
Anytime you see a computer like this, repeat, until
you only see a wall marked with an arrow pointing
downwards. This is an elevator. Push the button
next to it, and it opens. Run inside, and go down a
level. Kill everyone as normal. Navigation will
lead you to find more enemies than you think, with
grenades. As soon as they're dead, look for an
elevator. You are looking for a different one than
before. You will tell when you enter it, because
there is a button inside of it. Push it with Y. The
game will say loading, and you will be elevated to
a new area. There will be many bad guys, so be
prepared for anything. Follow the corridor, and
collect the health after everyone dies. You will
find an elevator shaft with no cart. Enter the
door, and you will be above where the informant and
many enemies are. There is another health pack. Get
it and fall down a nearby hole. Start fighting
right away. Steal all of the blasters, and swing
that light saber! Once everyone dies, you will
automatically win the level. Pat yourself on the
back!

Time Beating: Get to the loading screen, and then
let the guys kill you. This resets the clock, and
then just kill everyone as fast as you can. When
you get to the informant, let the grenadier kill
some of the thugs, and then attack. This is easier
than you think.

Mission 3-Secrets of the Black Heth:

Watch the beginning seen; it's funny. Run down the
stairwell in front of you, and fight any bad guys.
If they all die, a bridge will appear. A new group
of people will challenge you. These guys don't die
right away. They have armor. Steal any blasters,
and fight swiftly. See my combo section for tips on
killing them. Once they all die, grab any nearby
health packs. Go up the left stairwell, and fight 1
more of these new enemies. He isn't so hard since
there is only 1 of him. Defeat him, and you win the
level. Good job!

Medals:
Exploration-There is one marker behind a crate that
you will see if you took the direct left bridge
when you beat the thugs. Go up the left stairs to
find the other.

Life-As normal, take your time in this level. There
is no rush, so just defeat the thugs as easily as
you can, but don't be dramatic. At the end, charge
your force and do a super force attack at the boss.

Force-Just throw the guys around and off the
ledges.

Accuracy-Block the enemies, and then hit them. At
the end, do a super force attack against the boss
to saver you from the risk of losing your accuracy.

Time-Beat the guys as fast as you can, and skip the
Jin'Ha, just kill the boss one.

Time Beating: Get to the boss, die, and then from
where you restart, you can just kill the boss
easily, with much time to spare.

Chapter 2-Into the Den of the Jin'Ha: Bonus levels
to complete.

Mission 1- The Jin'Ha swamp:

This is what I call a fun and hard level. Fight
the armored bad guys, and follow Qui-Gon. I
shouldn't need to help that much. Just view my
combo section. And at the end of the level, when
you see the ship, just jump off the ledge into it,
and then you beat the level.

Time Beating: Get to the loading screen; go up to
where the hills are with the steps. Go up those,
die, and then you'll restart where the hills were,
so jump up them, go strait, and fall where the ship
is.

Mission 2-The Mines of Obredaan: (Thanks again to
posters who helped with this one.)

Start off fighting the enemies. Remember, they need
to be hit multiple times in order to die. Beat them
all, and go in the door. Steal the guns from
everyone in the next room, and kill them fast.
Follow the corridor repeating your tactics. You
will wind up in a room with 2 holes in it. Kill the
bad guys, and go to the right of where you came in.
Jump down the hole, landing on the platform. There
are other raised platforms to jump down to. Find
the lowest one in jumping reach, and look for a
gray bridge below you. Look further down, and you
will see a red platform, which will mean your
facing the right way. Jump to the gray walkway, and
then to the red. You will see pipes. Jump onto the
doubled on, and walk to the single one. Walk from
the single one to the ground. Don't jump or you
will die when you hit the ground. Pick one of the
doors, and follow the corridor, if you come to a
fork, then you have the right one. You should
either be able to go strait and enter a door, or
make a right turn, go strait, and make another
right. It depends where you are. If you did it
right, you will wind up in a room with an Island in
the middle. Kill the bad guys, and bridges will
appear. Cross them, and enter another door. This is
the final room. When you kill everyone in here, and
spot the red barrier, trigger the nearby switches.
Kill the guy, and repeat for the next barrier. Walk
to the big machine, and you win the level. Good
job!

Time Beating: Get to the end, die, and then just
finish the level from where you restarted.

Mission 3-Escape:

Do the whole level backwards. Don't kill the guys,
just go past them. There are boxes nearby to jump
to get past the barriers the enemy activated. When
you reach the Island part, hit the switches, and
force jump into the updraft. When you come to the
room where you carefully jumped, push one of the
buttons, and jump to the moving platform. If you
are followed, force push the enemies away. Still
avoiding your enemies, make your way to the first
room. DON'T GO OUTSIDE. Instead, go to the smaller
door, run up the stairs, hit the switch, and then
go outside. Qui-Gon and his 2 Jedi will help kill
the enemies. Don't attack unless you are provoked,
or at full health and want a piece of the action.
When you beat it, an Imperial ship flies above you.
What could they be doing here?

Time Beating: Get to the end, die and then just
finish off the Jin'Ha.

Bonus: Beat Jedi
Reward: Extra mission, new Jedi Arena character.

Chapter 3-The Trade Federation: Bonuses. Beat them
like normal.

Mission 1-Betrayal:

Follow Qui-Gon, killing the droids, and collecting
the health WHEN YOU NEED IT. When you get to the
computer room, just hit and destroy the computers.
Always do as he says, up until you get to the part
where you are locked by blue barriers. Look at the
ceiling, find a hole in it, and force jump in. He
calls you a genius U. Keep doing as he says, and
when you have to open the bridge door, and he says
to cover him, kill every droid that comes. Don't
use the complete health refill until you are in
red. Then, quickly grab it, and continue your duty.
Once every droid is dead, you will have won the
level.

Time Beating: Get to the end, die, restart with
another life, and then quickly kill the droids.

Mission 2:Stowaway

In this mission, you have to take control of the
ship. Jump off of your starting platform and kill
the droids. You will see 2 buttons. Push each one
once, and look at the gray things that rise from
the ground. Hit each one until it sparks. Exit
through the nearby door. Follow the hallway killing
the droids. One door will be open. Go through it.
Kill the droids, and jump down. More will come
through a garage. Beat them, and enter the next
room through the door that they came in. DON'T get
the blue coin that you see. Just kill the droids,
not touching the blue poles either. Once the droids
are gone, stand away from one pole, but perform the
lightsaber throw on it. It will explode (I said to
stand far away, didn't I?). Repeat with all of the
other ones. A new room will open. NOW get the coin,
and run into the room. Since you are temporarily
invincible, you can swing your lightsaber at the
blue poles with no worries. Kill the droids while
doing this. Once your invincibility runs out,
concentrate on the droids. When they are gone, do
the same thing as the other room. Destroy the
poles. Enter the new doorway, push the blue buttons
at the control panels, and kill all of the droids
that approach. Follow the corridors, and you will
eventually reach another door that elevator, after
you exposed of the droids. It will take you down a
floor. The door that opens is opposite of the other
one. Exit the elevator, and take a right turn. Kill
the droids again. Watch out for exploding ones.
They shout the word terminate. Force push them
away. Once everyone is gone, take the path on the
left, and you will have to fight someone with the
same armor as the Jin'Ha. Kill him, and you won the
level.

Time Beating: Get to the end, let the boss kill
you, and then kill him fast. This is easy, isn't
it.

Mission 3-City Under Siege:

First, your going to need to kill as many guys as
you can. The prisoners that they gun down may
contain valuable information, so keep them alive.
Force push the droids away, so you never risk
killing the prisoner(s). One prisoner will say that
he knows where to find more. Follow him, turn
around, face backward, go straight, and open the
door.
Starting here, you may find resistance fighters
with blasters. Don't under estimate their power;
they are handy. Some are armed with blasters,
others with grenades. Stay away from their weapons,
because they can hurt you too.
Turn right, and help kill droids. Follow the
hallway/corridor, until you come to a wall. Look
down with the white button, and you will see small
grassy platforms. Fall to them, one by one, and
follow the walkway.

*When it ends, force jump up, and kill the droids.*
Look to see even more platforms. Jump on those, and
when you reach the highest you can jump to, look
down to see an even newer platform. Jump to it, and
go through the window, and go up the stairs. You
will reach a hall in which you can fall far down.
Stay to the left, and go through the last door. Hit
the switch, and get back to the double starred
area. Go opposite of the direction that the broken
bridge is. You will see an assassin droid, and a
small stairway behind him. Walk down.

Time Beating: Get to the bridge, die, and then run
past the droids and hit the waterfall switch,
backtrack, and go down the steps.

Mission 4-In the palace:

From the start, kill the droids. Talk to the girl.
Listen to any text said. Jump up the platforms, and
get to the top. Kill droids, and push the switch.
Always follow her lead when she opens doors. And
whatever you do, keep her alive! With a little
exploring, you will come to a place where she is
separate from you do to the barrier. Walk in the
water, and force jump up to where you are getting
attacked. Kill everyone, and destroy the switches.
Kill the droids while she struggles with the door.
Keep killing the droids until you eventually meet
up with resistance fighters and Captain Panaka.
Destroy any switches for the barriers, and go
through the doors. Kill the droids, once again
following the girl's lead, until you come to a
pilot who tells you where the queen is.

Crack! Uh oh. We have a problem here. Keep that guy
alive, and you beat the level.

Time Beating: Get to where the guy tells you Queen
Amidala is gone, die, and then kill the droids.

Mission 5-A Queen in Peril:

Swim up to the place where there is a big statue,
but remember to take out the droids at the turrets.
Once at the statue, follow the walkway, and pass
the guy who tells you about the tank. You don't
need him. But if you want the ion grenades, get
them. Run on the bridge, dodge the turret fire, and
run to the back alley. Zoom past the droids, until
you find the force field. Push the button, and walk
through the door.

As normal, the resistance fighters are the best.
Treat them like Qui-Gon, and help them. Look for a
place where you have the option to go across a
bridge, but have to avoid assassin droids. Well,
the object is to kill them, not avoid them. Run
across the bridge, and look for a back alley. There
should be a barely visible fork, and you should
take the right. Qui-Gon will be fighting to guys.
Let him do the work; you need the health. He says
to follow him, and tells you to retract your saber.
Pull down on the inventory pad, and crouch, while
getting an overhead view with the white button.
When he says, jump down, and keep the Queen safe.
Force push everyone away, and wait for her to get
cover before being a little more aggressive. Stay
near her, though. Once the droids are gone, you're
good to go. Make sure you kill the self-destruct
droids by pushing them into the other droids. That
makes the job easier. And push assassin droids at
Qui-Gon, and let him take care of the job.

Time Beating: Get to the end, let the queen die,
and then restart. Protect the queen, and beat the
level.

Chapter 4-Tatooine Mission 1-Recue on Tatooine:

All you need to do here is keep your skills.
Practice in the Jedi Arenas with the toughest of
friends, or in the 1 player.

The Tuskans you fight are like Jin Ha. Basically,
you have to just follow the path you see. You're
going in the right direction if you find new guys.
Remember, when set on fire, roll. The path should
be marked with skulls or fire. There isn't much to
tell you. When you reach the bridges, explore the
caves. At the end of the level, there is a huge
downhill. Run down, and jump to avoid combat, and
you will reach the end of the level.

Time Beating: Get to the loading screen; get to the
end of the level, die, and then restart. From here,
just keep running, avoiding combat.

Mission 2-The Tusken War Chief:

If you have the unlock all levels and bonus levels,
delete the file, or better yet, don't play it. You
wont get the bonus at the end of this. Start by
killing Tuskans. Don't use the items on the ground
yet. And don't push the guys off, because the come
back on the arena. Kill them, and the war chief
attacks. Throw any flaming objects you can at the
war chief, but not on the other ones. Hit him a
lot, and try not to get him to fall, since the fire
extinguishes. Once he is at a quarter of his life,
throw everything in sight. If he gets you on fire,
jump down. Roll if your order to extinguish you.
Kill him, and you get a new Arena in 2-player mode.
You better get that Queen and leave...

Medals:
Exploration-Located on the floor in the North and
South end of the room.

Life-Just do what you have been doing. Take out the
raiders as fast as you can, and then light the war
chief on fire, and take him out.

Accuracy-Take out the raiders one by one, and then
attack the war chief with candles, and when he gets
stunned from them, hit him. Repeat until he dies.

Force-Just throw all of the enemies.

Time-Take the thugs out with one or two force
attacks, and then kill the chief fast as you can.

Time Beating: I honestly am stuck at this one, but
do know a strategy. Take out the first ones with
one sword + force attack, and then light the chief
on fire, and attack him fast and hard.

Bonus:
Beat Mace Windu. You get him in Jedi Arena.

Chapter 5-Theed: Mission 1- Captives of the
Federation

Start out by walking up the stairs, and jumping
down to where the droids are. Stop them from
setting the alarm, and kill everyone else. Walk up
the stairs, and immediately go for the alarm box.
Destroy it, and then kill the droids. Walk up the
stairs to the locked door, and jump on the grassy
ledge, following the ledge to a waterfall. Go to
where the narrow ledges are closer, walk as close
as you can without falling, and force jump to the
next. You should barely cling to the ledge, but
when you do, walk to the new grassy platform, jump
onto it, and walk through the courtyard. Ignore the
droids, and go strait to where you will see a
tunnel shaped thing. Walk in, and the game should
say loading.

From here, climb the left platform, and run to
where you see stairs. From here, run through the
yard, avoiding the droids, and go through big doors
nearby. You are in the right place if there are
many droids. Don't walk up the stairs, but reflect
the bullets, killing whatever you can. Once the
shooting stops, and there are more droids, walk up
the stairs, and run back down to get attention, and
reflect. Once the threat is eliminated, go up the
stairs, and through the doors. You will be at a
bridge. Quickly kill all of the droids, and then
the assassin droids that appear. Don't worry if you
die in the next part; you reappear at the bridge
and only have to fight the droids again. Go to the
right, and force jump onto the ledge. Try hugging
the wall. There is another ledge, but people often
make the mistake of jumping to it. Instead, look
up, and there is a small cling on ledge (it is very
hard to see since it is just something so small it
can only be clung to). Well, cling on to it, and
scoot to the right with the left thumb stick, and
push down when you're over the platform. From here,
jump down the window, kill the droids, and walk up
the stairs, continuously killing them, until you
reach the pilots. Kill every droid, and free them.
They will always walk to where you need to go, and
then tell you to kill all of the droids in one area
so they can move on. So you can be relieved, there
are many less, due to the fact that the Resistance
has taken them out. Kill them (the Resistance isn't
there yet) and move on. Keep doing this, following
the squad to where to attack the droids, until you
come to the fighters. Kill the droids, and you beat
this very hard level.

Time Beating: Rescue the pilots, get to the loading
screen, die, and then beat the level from where
Obi-Wan restarts.

Mission 2- Grounded
This level is pretty strait forward. You kill the
enemies, and a new door opens. Start by going up
the stairs, into the first door. Go through the
area, killing the droids, and walking through the
areas until you come to a small black door. Go
through, and repeat the process of finding a new
door that can be opened. Once the game says
loading, you're good. Enter the new area, and kill
droids and the one at the turret. As you kill more
droids, more doors open. Once all are dead, one
door will open, and there will be a black one in
the hallway side. Go strait, ignoring the black
one, leading to an area with a destroyer droids,
and a turret. Go to the left, avoid the droids fire
by jumping and weaving, and then when you get up
the stairs and see a tank with blue beams on the
side, hit those beams, and you win the level.

Time Beating: Get to the cannon at the end, die,
and then restart from where it takes you, and beat
the level.

Mission 3-Valuble Assistance:

Enter the door, go straight, and hit the power box.
The more of these you hit, the fewer enemies. Wait
for another one to get the blue turned off, and hit
it. You need to keep the guy on the control panel
alive, so kill droids. There are two complete
health power ups. Save them for when you're at red.
Don't forget about the doors on the sides; those
need to be destroyed too. I will post the order of
the doors that when they go out, but don't read
ahead if you don't want to see it.

From where you come in, go to the one on the right
and hit it. Then left of it. Then on the right
wall, and then the bottom right one. Then the left
wall, and the bottom left one.
Complete the tasks given, and the pilots leave. But
who is at the door...

Medals:
Exploration-When you start, turn around, and go
into the door you came out of. Walk pas the
fighter, and pick up marker one. Go to each side-
door from where the shields are, and enter them.
There is one in each of the two. You now have
three. Finally, go to the tank at the left side of
the main room, and there will be a marker there.

Life-Actually, this is easy. Just take your time as
you go through the level.

Accuracy-Be careful when hitting droids. Only take
good swings. Also, hitting the shields do not lower
your accuracy.

Force-Just keep throwing one of the droids anywhere
except for a wall, and beat the level.

Time-Do what is mentioned in the time beating
section of this level. If you can beat that time,
you can beat the longer period.

Time Beating: While doing the doors in the order I
gave you, kill as many droids as you can; that
makes the process go faster.

Mission 4-Darth Maul:
Whatever is here is exactly the same as the Darth
Maul section.
You start out in the generator room, see Qui-Gon
die, and attack Darth Maul. Don't read the
following if you don't want any tips.

He isn't that hard. Block as much as you can. It
looks fairly obvious when he attacks, but not like
Mace Windu. Don't worry if it takes a few tries,
you'll get it eventually. He won't go far on a
force push, so don't bother. And don't throw the
lightsaber. It is impossible to save Qui-Gon, just
like in the movie, so don't try. Also, don't fall
in the hole in the ground. That would be plain
dumb. There is a ledge in there, and it has some
neat stuff. You can get that, force jump, and hit
him from behind. Note that the stuff on the wall
can be thrown at Darth Maul. He throws it at you
too. Once you beat him, his lightsaber breaks, and
he gets one more stick of life. It wont be easy,
but you have to kill him like in a Jedi Arena.

Time Beating: So, how do you see Qui-Gon die and
beat the level? Die fighting DM, and then restart,
and you can kill him very easily. I killed him
seeing Qiu-Gon die, just to let you know.

When you beat him, you unlock a new Jedi Arena,
and one last mission.

Feel free to ask me any questions, so this can be a
real FAQ. I'm going to make one up, so you know in
the later levels.

How do I kill the droid with the shield and lasers?
Use Ion grenades, you should have one by now.

How do I stop those guys with the explosive guns?
Steal their guns. See basics section for more info.
I can't seem to kill those droids that self-
destruct. What do I do?
Force push them away. See basics section for more
info.

Codes: (Thanks to the board posters. They will be
credited)
Enter these as your name. Make sure to delete Jedi
from the name screen.

m1a2u3l4!? unlocks all levels up to DM
greytherat unlocks all levels + bonus levels

these next ones are rumors, confirmed by few. I'm
posting them in case they are true. E-mail me if
they're not.

Littleguy7 unlocks yoda in Jedi Arena if you beat
the game with that name.

To unlock DM, use the m1a2... code, and beat the
levels within these times. Note that you can try as
much as you like, and if you die, the clock resets.
So if your in the Queen in peril level, and you get
to where qui-gon meets up with you, and tells you
the plan, dying will reset the clock, allowing you
plenty of time to finish. These do not have to be
done in order, either.

Glitches:

During Jedi Battle matches, you may come across
some glitches. These include

Dying without being touched
When you die, just standing there
Minor Lockups
Falling from almost fatal places and not loosing
health
A special slow-motion glitch:
In order to play an entire level in slow motion,
first push the slow motion button (force+white),
then throw your saber. When time re-vearts to
normal, keep holding the button, and when your
force power drains to a little less then half, slow
time again. When the saber returns, it will sound
as if it goes back to normal time, but if you walk,
you will see that throughout the entire level, you
will be in slow motion. To escape this, push the
slow motion command again.
Also: I noticed that sometimes the enemies just
plain die instantly. I don't know why, but it sure
can be useful.

Darth Maul: He isn't that hard. Block as much as
you can. It looks fairly obvious when he attacks,
but not like Mace Windu. Don't worry if it takes a
few tries, you'll get it eventually. He won't go
far on a force push, so don't bother. And don't
throw the light saber. It is impossible to save
Qui-Gon, just like in the movie, so don't try.
Also, don't fall in the hole in the ground. That
would be plain dumb. There is a ledge in there, and
it has some neat stuff. You can get that, force
jump, and hit him from behind. Note that the stuff
on the wall can be thrown at Darth Maul. He throws
it at you too. Once you beat him, his light saber
breaks, and he gets one more stick of life. It wont
be easy, but you have to kill him like in a Jedi
Arena. Beating him will unlock a new Jedi Arena,
and one last level.

____________________________________________

Jedi Arena: This is the ranking I have for all of
the Jedi Arena Characters. DON'T e-mail me
disagreeing what I say about other characters,
unless it's a new strategy. If the new strategy is
good, then that character will be moved in the
rankings. Remember that when you e-mail me, I need
the subject to be obi-wan.

1) Mace Windu- He has a good force recharge time, a
cool lightsome, and goes little distanced when
force pushed. He has great defense.
2) Qui-Gon- Better than Obi-Wan in speed. I'd say
he is stronger. In levels with stairs, run up them
and jump off, catching your opponent off guard. In
open areas like the Federation Ship, jump a lot,
force push the enemy away, and attack.
3) Obi-Wan- If you rapidly swing at anyone, or
block often, you are ensured a win. Throw your
light saber, and steer it around for long rang
attacks in order to avoid counter.
4) Adi-Gala- This one is not bad. If you do the
acrobatics, you can easily avoid being hit. I don't
like her defense. It seems like she dies easily.
5) Plo-Koon- He has the ultimate force recharge. He
doesn't have as high characteristics as other
players.
6) Eeth-Koth- He is just a bit below Plo-Koon's
level.
7) Saesee Tin- I had to put him somewhere. If you
have tips for this bad sounding guy, give them
before this guy gets ear cancer.
8) Ki-Adi-Mundi- He's not the worst, but defiantly
not the best. If someone gives strategy, then he'll
move up in the rankings if it's a good one.
9) Depa Bilaba- She just needs to toughen up. She
isn't bad when you first get her, but once you're
up to Mace Windu, she could be better.

This next part is strategies from my other FAQ, and
I have given myself permission to use them.

Sneak and Run- Hiding from enemies with your saber
put away, and then rushing up to attack them from
behind. Sneak and run can also be performed with
throwing the saber, as it is also a nifty little
trick. Just don't miss, or your cover is blown.

Swerve and Hit- First of all, block your opponent
and stun them. Look carefully at whichever hand
there saber is in. This is there dominant hand.
Swerve with the lock-on to their non-dominant side,
and attack from there. You can easily win like
this. To block it, always be prepared, and slow
time to make it obvious when they attack.

Hit and Throw- Knock your rivals health down, and
then if they try to slip away, and you can't hit
them, throw the saber to take them down for good.

Push and Hit- Force push, and then if they fall,
hit them more, in order to chip away the health.
Note: This won't work if fighting Mace Windu.

Fall and Counter- If you get force pushed, use the
right trigger and make it go right, and then when
you get up, you swing the saber.

Block and Strike- Block your enemy, and hit them
when they are stunned. This is very common with the
more experienced.

Hide and Throw- Hide from your opponent, and then
throw your saber to hit them when they're off
guard. It can also be combined with the hit and
throw technique. Also, make sure you hit your
opponent, or else your cover is blown. And after
throwing, go somewhere else to hide, and alternate
between then two places until your opponent is
dead.

Flame and Strike- In the tuskan war chief arena,
light your rivals on fire, and then strike them
fast, so that there health can chip away faster
than normal.

Slow to Fast- During the battles, you should try
and catch your opponents off guard by pushing the
force and white button to slow time. Although you
are slow, your rival may be caught off guard, and
you can attack him like nuts, and then when time
goes back to normal, they will have trouble again.
Only do this with precise timing, though, or the
tactic wont work.

Acrobatic Hits- During a match, you should remember
to use the acrobatic moves if you've thrown your
saber, or if your opponent is good and you want to
avoid them. This can be combined very well with the
slow to fast tactic to catch your opponent off
guard without taking damage.

Jump and Hit- Throughout the match, if you need to
keep protecting yourself from a barrage of attacks,
or need to make your opponent look like a fool,
jump over their attacks, and hope that they miss.
Swerve if it's an overhead. When you fell it's
time, force jump over your rival, and then hit
him/her from behind.

Jump and Strike: This is different from the jump
and hit. You jump, and swing your saber while in
the air. You can have a hard time aiming, though,
and when you land, your opponent can slip out of
view, so this tactic, though simple, is really for
more experienced players.

Flip and Strike: Force jump away from your enemies
many times to look as though you're running away,
and then push the black button to make yourself
flip backward into their direction. Then, just
strike as they try to escape your evil trick.

There and Back: While running, make it look as
though your trying to escape an attack. Then, while
still pushing forward, push the black button to
turn around, and then either go for good hits, or
throw the saber and then attack your rival head on.
Either way works, and can lead you to victory.

Rush and Fly: Although it sounds like a football
play, if you rush to your opponent, push the
acrobatic button (b), and then push the a button as
you approach your enemy, you can do a round off
into a jump, and then nail your opponent from
behind as you land. This protects you from a few
attacks, too.

Dodge and Nail: If your opponent throws their
saber, jump over it, and go for them head on, or
throw yours, recover it, and then whack them.
