Here's the walkthrough:


As you probably have or haven't noticed, the game's days are split up into time 
blocks. The time range that the time block takes place in doesn't mean you have 
that much time to complete the timeblock. You could take forever in a day (even 
though it's not recommended, unless you're a thorough player) and the time block 
will not change.


	DAY 1: Morning (10 AM - 12 PM)

In Gabriel's bedroom, open up the dresser that sits by the window. Take the 
piece of masking tape that is sticking on the back and take the clothes hanger 
as well. Close the dresser and exit the room.

In the hall, go to either set of stairs and walk down them to enter the hotel 
lobby. There, go through to archway to enter the hotel's dining room. It is here 
that you will meet your ol' New Orleans pal from the first Gabriel Knight 
adventure, Franklin Mosely. Make a note that Mosely says that he is currently 
staying in Room 33. Go back out into the lobby.

Move Gabriel towards the front desk and Jean, the hotel's day clerk will 
introduce himself. Before starting a conversation with him, look at the guest 
register that is sitting on the desk. After that, now talk to Jean about all 
topics. When you ask about the two men, Jean
will suggest that you should speak with Simone, the night clerk. Head into the 
lounge area and speak with the man that sits there. His name is Emilio Baza. 
Introduce yourself and talk to Emilio about all topics. When finished, go 
through the red curtain that is next to the front desk.

Go into your inventory and choose the PICK-UP action from the verb chooser on 
Prince James' card. (For first time players, the verb chooser is the thing that 
shows up when you click on an object) Exit your inventory, click on the phone, 
and use the card on it. If you listen carefully, as Gabriel is talking to Prince 
James, you'll hear that someone enters the phone booth that is next to yours. 
When you are finished speaking to the Prince, leave the booth and take a look at 
the sandaled feet that are in the next booth. Leave the phone booth area and 
exit out the hotel's front door.

Talk to the woman that is standing next to the bus. Her name is Madeline 
Buthane. Talk to her about all topics and be sure to note that
Emilio Baza leaves the hotel shortly after you do to go and sit on the bench. 
When finished, go take a look at Emilio's feet. Go to the
book store that is located behind Madeline's tour bus and look at the San Gral 
book that is in the display. Go to Sauniere Museum, by going through the hotel's 
archway, walk to the right, and then take the exit that is to the left of the 
stairs.

Climb the stairs to the museum and go through the door. Inspect the Lost Items 
box that sits next to the door and try to pick up the red hat that is sitting in 
it. Take note of Gabe's comment. Go to the front desk and talk to the curator, 
Madame Girard about all topics. When finished, head up the stairs that are in 
front of the desk.

When you first enter, you'll notice that there are two ladies in the room. If 
you walk behind the panels that are behind them, you can overhear their 
conversation. Look at all the panels, starting with the one that is called 'The 
Celts' that is on the wall near the ladies. Be sure to look at the reverse side 
of each panel as well. When you are done looking, go chat with the ladies, they 
are Lady Lily Howard and Ms. Estelle Stiles. When finished with that, exit the 
museum and head to the fountain plaza. If you have completed every task in this 
timeblock, the timeblock will end here.


	DAY 1: Early Afternoon (12 PM - 2 PM)

First thing that you should do in this timeblock is to enter the hotel and then 
go into the dining room. Listen to the conversation that takes place between 
Madeline Buthane and the Australian guy, John Wilkes. Talk to John Wilkes to 
introduce yourself and then when you're finished with that conversation, go and 
talk to Madeline. Leave the dining room and head up either set of stairs to go 
up into the upstairs hall.

Hmmm, I wonder what is going on? It seems like Emilio Baza and the ladies that 
you met in the museum are switching rooms. After the sequence is over, leave the 
hotel and go to St. Mary Magdalen's Church. (This can be found by heading 
towards the museum, but instead of taking the left
exit, go to the right)

As Gabe first enters the church, there is a bit of an argument between Vittorio 
Buchelli and Abb Arnaud. When they're finished, go talk to the Abb who sits at 
the table in the back of the church and ask him about all topics. When you're 
done, go talk to Buchelli about all topics as well. When finished, move Gabe 
away from Buchelli so that he may leave. Leave the church and go to the hotel's 
dining room.

Talk to Lady Howard and Estelle and then head up to Mosely's room, Room 33. 
Knock on Mosely's door and he'll let you in. For right now, only talk to him 
about the first two topics and then click on the door and choose the SNEAK 
option. You'll see that Emilio is in the hall and notice that he puts his glass 
down after he is done with it. Go back and talk to Mosely about the rest of the 
subjects and then leave his room. Pick
up the glass that Emilio left. Head downstairs and exit the hotel. The early 
afternoon timeblock will end here.

	DAY 1: Late Afternoon (2 PM - 4 PM)

This timeblock opens up with Gabriel standing just outside the hotel door. 
Gabriel will see a moped with Wilkes driving it go by and he'll
realize that the bike rental place is now open. Go through the courtyard archway 
and head over to the bike rental place (It's where Wilkes just came from)

Talk to Bigout (the guy that's running the place) and ask him about a bike. 
Since all the bikes are reserved for the tour group, with the exception with a 
crappy looking purple one, Gabe can either take that one or screw it. But this 
isn't the Gabriel we know, now is it? Heck no,  looks like we gotta go make 
ourselves a disguise. The components that you need to make a disguise are: photo 
ID, mustache, hat, and a jacket.

To get the photo ID and jacket, go into the hotel and take the mint out of the 
dish (it's near the left stairway) then head upstairs to go visit Mosely. Ask 
Mosely about his passport and he'll say that he keeps it in his back right 
pocket, make a note of this. Leave his room and put the mint on the table that 
sits underneath the "street" painting. Head downstairs and when Jean leaves to 
do a little cleaning, first grab the marker that sits on his desk (we'll need 
this later) if Jean is still gone, see that panel that's next to the desk? Press 
the button that says 33, which will buzz Mosely. Hurry up and head back upstairs 
via the stairway to the right. Walk around the hall until you see Mosely on your 
right (not your left) When Mosely is busy with the mint, click on his rear pants 
pocket and swipe his passport from him. When he goes downstairs, enter his room. 
Take his jacket that hangs on the nearby coat rack and then leave.

Just so we get a little bit ahead of ourselves, go into your Inventory and use 
the marker on Mosely's photo ID. To get the hat, be sure to get a maple syrup 
packet from the dining room (it's in a bowl sitting on the table)then go to the 
Museum Sauniere and get the red hat that is in the Lost Items box. To make the 
mustache, first head to the church, but don't enter. Head down around the corner 
until you reach a dead end. You should see a cat on the ground cleaning itself. 
Try petting it and notice that'll run into the shed. Go back to the church and 
go into the cemetery. Here, you'll see Abb Arnaud watering his plants with the 
spray bottle. Once he leaves, take the spray bottle.

Head back to the spot where the cat was at. Use the masking tape that you got 
from your hotel room closet on the hole that the cat went through earlier. Then 
use the spray bottle on the cat who is now high up on a ledge. Take the tape 
that is now full of cat hair and use the maple syrup on it. You should now have 
everything you need for a disguise. Take all the components and use them on 
Mosely's jacket.

Head to moped courtyard and use the disguise on Gabe. He'll change into it and 
then'll he talk to Bigout about renting a bike. Gabriel will automatically 
return Mosely's stuff to him and when you next see Gabe, he'll be standing in 
the hotel courtyard so head back to the moped area and use the Harley keys on 
the bike.

On the map, go to the Chateau de Blanchefort area (it's on the left side of the 
T intersection near the upper right corner of the map) Wait here for a bit and 
when Wilkes drives by, click on him and select the FOLLOW option. Gabe will 
automatically hop on the bike and start following Wilkes until he stops at a 
place called L'Ermitage (the site will automatically pop up when you stop) 
Follow the nearby path up to the site to find Wilkes. Talk to him about all 
topics and then head back down to the parking lot. Inspect Wilkes' moped license 
plate and use the notebook on it. Get back on your hog and head back to Chateau 
de Blanchefort.

Like with Wilkes, wait here until you see Madeline Buthane drive by. Click on 
her and select the FOLLOW option. Gabe will follow her to some place called 
Coume Sourde. Follow the path to the site. Once you see her, talk to her about 
all topics and then go get back on the Harley only to head to the Chateau de 
Blanchefort.

This time, you don't have to wait for anyone. Head up the path to the right 
(it's marked with a sign that says 'C. de Blanchefort') When the path forks, 
take the left path to head up into the ruins. Go into your inventory and use the 
binoculars on Gabe to bring up the binocular interface. Move the view just to 
the right of the mountain until you find a pair of dark clearings. Center your 
view on the lower-left disk which just happens to be Coume Sourde and move the 
binoculars up or down until the ZOOM 50X button lights up. Click on the button 
and you'll see Madeline scurrying back and forth. Leave the 50X view and move 
the binocs right to center them on the buildings of Rennes le Chateau. When it 
is lit, click on the ZOOM 50X button and you'll see Buchelli looking back at you 
with his binoculars. Leave the binoc interface and return to the Harley. Head 
for the Couiza train station (it's the building closest to the train tracks)

First thing you should do here is to talk to the taxi driver (he's near the 
train station off the left side of it) and ask him about all subjects. When he 
says that his memory needs some refreshing, go into your inventory and use your 
wallet on him. Once you are finished, enter the train station and talk to the 
ticket person about all topics. Go look at the Arrival and Departures board and 
think about it. Go to the opposite end of the building and pick up the piece of 
paper that is next to the fallen ashtray.

Leave the station and then use the DRIVE option on the Harley. This'll end the 
current timeblock.


	DAY 1: Early Evening (4 PM - 6 PM)

On the map, click on L'Homme Mort (it's next to Coume Sourde) Follow the path 
and if you look around, you'll see Mosely. Talk to Mosely about all topics and 
then head back to the parking lot. Inspect Mosely's moped license plate and use 
the notebook on it. Hop back on the Harley and go to Chateau de Blanchefort. 
Camp out here for awhile and when Estelle and Lady Howard drive by, do what you 
did with Wilkes and Madeline. After a couple of minutes, Gabe will give up on 
following them since they are just driving around the roads, but following them 
allows you to get their license plate number later. Head back to the Chateau de 
Blanchefort and head up to the ruins. Here you will see Emilio. Talk to him and 
then use your binoculars on Gabriel.

In the interface, move your binoculars to the right of the mountain again until 
you see those clearings. This time look at the upper right one. Move the binocs 
up and down until you see that the ZOOM 50X button is lit and click on it. 
You'll end up zooming in on L'Homme Mort. Watch as Mosely and Madeline collide. 
When you are finished, leave the interface and head down to the parking lot.

Inspect Emilio's moped license plate and use your notebook on it. Go up the path 
that is marked with a sign that says 'Roque Negre' You'll see that Wilkes is 
here. Talk to him about all topics and then head back down to the parking lot. 
Get on the Harley and go to Rennes le Chateau (its icon is up on a hill 
somewhere in the middle of the map, it looks like a bunch of houses cluttered 
together)

Once there, leave the moped courtyard. LOOK at Madeline's van to have Gabe note 
that she's back in town. Now head to the church cemetery. Open up the window to 
the Abb's office and you can listen to the conversation between the Abb and 
Madeline. When they are done, go back to the moped courtyard and take the Harley 
to Larry Chester's house (it's near Chateau de Blanchefort) Here, knock on his 
front door and Larry will let you inside. Talk to him all topics and when you 
are finished, leave the house and drive the Harley back to Rennes le Chateau. 
This ends the current timeblock.


	DAY 1: Late Evening (6 PM - 10 PM)

Ahhh, the night life. Exit the courtyard and notice that the "cavalry" has now 
arrived. After this sequence is over, exit the hotel and follow MacDougall and 
Mallory to the churchyard cemetery.

Click on the large tomb nearby and select the HIDE option. Watch as the Scots 
bully around the abb. After the Scots leave, the abb goes into his office to 
make a phone call. Hurry up and use the tape recorder on the window to record 
the Abb's phone conversation.

When you are done, go back to the hotel and go into the dining room. As soon as 
you enter, you will hear a conversation between Buchelli and Wilkes. When 
they're finished, first chat with Wilkes and then with Buchelli. Go to the lobby 
and chat with Simone, the hotel's night clerk about all topics. When done, go to 
the moped courtyard and hop on to the Harley.

On the map, you'll notice one dot roaming the valley. That dot represents the 
Scots' car. Go to Chateau de Blanchefort and do what you have been doing when 
you want to follow someone. Following the Scots takes you over to nearby Larry 
Chester's house. Travel back to Chateau de Blanchefort and head up towards the 
ruins except instead of taking the left path, take the right fork which will 
take you to the back of Larry's house.

There, hide behind the big tree that is closest to the well. Watch the following 
sequence and be sure to make a mental note of their handshake. This is very 
important so hope you have a good memory.

Go back to the Chateau de Blanchefort parking lot and hop on the Harley. Drive 
to Rennes le Bain (I think it is somewhere near the right side of the map) Open 
up the door to the San Gral tavern and chat with Wilkes and Signore Buchelli. 
Once finished, leave the tavern and inspect Buchelli's moped license plate to 
use the notebook on it. Get on the Harley and go to Rennes le Chateau.

If you followed Lady Howard and Estelle earlier, use the notebook on their 
moped's license plate. Go into the hotel and talk to Emilio, who is sitting in 
the lounge area. Go into the dining room and you'll end up starting a 
conversation between Estelle, Lady Howard, and Madeline. When you are finished, 
go up the stairs and go to Gabe's room.

Entering the room sets off a conversation between Grace and Mosely. Talk to them 
both about all topics. When Mosely asks about the handshake, show him the 
handshake that you learned when you eavesdropped on the conversation between 
Larry and the Scots. For those with a bad memory, here's the choices you should 
choose and the order that you should do them in.

NOTE: It's ok to get the handshake wrong (even though it's not recommended) 
because the game will still progress, but you won't get all the points.

Pay attention to Mosely's note about the handshake and when the conversation is 
over, the gang heads down to the dining room for dinner. The first day will end 
here.


	DAY 2: Early Morning (7 AM - 10 AM)

Today you will play as Grace Nakimura. Leave Gabe alone as he sleeps on the 
couch so this way Grace can get in some detective work. Pick up one of the 
fingerprint kits that are sitting on the desk. Click on the computer and select 
the TYPE option to initialize the SIDNEY interface.

If you can remember from last night, Gabriel asked Grace to do some research on 
vampires and on the holy grail. Click on the Search option and do a search on 
'vampires'. Read the excerpt from Bram Stoker's Dracula. When you are done 
reading, do a search on the 'holy grail' When you are done reading that, exit 
the interface by first clicking on the main menu button and then the exit 
button.

Leave the bedroom and pick up the holy grail book that sits just outside the 
bedroom door. Grace will skim through it and inside she'll find a poem. She'll 
go back into the room to leave the poem on the coffee table for Gabe. Again 
leave the bedroom and head down to the lobby. Walk Grace close to Jean and 
this'll strike up a conversation.

When that is done, go into the dining room and talk to Madeline Buthane. Listen 
as Madeline Buthane becomes jealous of Grace and charges her 3,000 francs to 
join the tour while she charged Gabe 2,000 francs. Since there is time left 
before the tour starts, go to the top of Tour Magdala, it's time to go meet the 
Abb. (Tour Magdala can be reached by heading past the moped courtyard and the 
villa and it's the path across from the villa)

Once there, introduce yourself to the Abb and note that he decides to join the 
tour group. Head back to the hotel and go upstairs. Knock on Mosely's door and 
Grace will tell him that it is time for the tour. Head back downstairs and go 
into the dining room. If you have done everything, this triggers the tour group 
leaving.

Listen/Watch to Madeline's speech on Poussin's Tomb. During the lecture, note 
that Emilio writes the word 'SUM' in the sand. When the lecture is over, use 
Grace's sketch pad on the drawing. Talk to each member of the group and soon 
Madeline will continue the tour. Listen/Watch to Madeline's short speech on the 
Blanchefort ruins. When she is done, walk Grace near Madeline and Wilkes to 
overhear their conversation.

Now, walk near Lady Howard and Estelle to overhear their conversation. Watch as 
everyone gathers over near them when they mention 'The Red Serpent' First Lady 
Howard will deny that they said it, but then she'll somewhat confess. Talk to 
the rest of the group members, but save Mosely for last. Talk to Lady Howard and 
Estelle about Le Serpent Rouge and then go talk to Wilkes. Next is the Abb, 
then Buchelli, Baza, Madeline, and lastly, go talk to Mosely about all topics 
but save the Treasure topic for last. When the conversation is over, the time 
block ends here and the scene changes to one of Gabe's bizarre Schattenjager 
dreams.


	DAY 2: Late Morning (10 AM - 12 PM)

We are Gabe again and it's time for us to play detective. Pick up the poem that 
Grace left on the table and then pick up the other fingerprint kit that is next 
to SIDNEY. Inspect the dumbwaiter door that is between the dresser and the 
couch. Click on the lock and select the TURN LOCK option. Open up the dumbwaiter 
door and look inside. When you are done, leave the bedroom.

Here you will meet the maid, Roxanne. She just finished Mosely's room and is now 
ready to clean yours. Wait in the hall until Roxanne finishes cleaning Gabe's 
room and then watch her as she goes to clean Emilio's room. Continue to watch 
and note her routine. When she goes back into Baza's room for a second time, 
click on Baza's door and select the SNEAK option. Watch her in-room routine and 
when she disappears into the bathroom, hurry and unlock the dumbwaiter door and 
leave the room before you are caught. Watch as Roxanne leaves Baza's room and 
goes to clean Madeline's. Watch her again and when she goes back inside for the 
second time, click on the door and select the SNEAK option. This time, when 
Roxanne goes into the bathroom, go out onto the balcony. After Roxanne leaves, 
Gabe will slip out of the balcony, undetected. Click on the door  lock and 
choose the TURN LOCK option.

Quickly open up the door to see that Roxanne is cleaning the Great White Hope's 
(that's what Gabe calls Lady Howard) and do what you did when you snuck into 
Madeline's room. When you are done there, leave the room and head over to 
Buchelli's room. Use the strategy you used when Roxanne was cleaning Baza's 
room. Then when she is done there, she'll go clean Wilkes' room and use the same 
strategy with his room. Doing all this has created access to everyone's room 
except Mosely's. After Roxanne is finished cleaning all the rooms and goes 
inside the storage closet, go into Lady Howard's bedroom.

Inside, click on her bed and select the SEARCH option. You will find a folder. 
Pick it up and Gabriel will take what is inside. Go into the bathroom and pick 
up Lady Howard's (I'll start referring to her as LH from now on) tube of 
Suppuration H that is sitting near the sink. Use the fingerprint kit on the 
mirror (The print is on the handle) When the print is uncovered, use the tape on 
it and put the tape into a plastic bag. Leave LH's room and go to Madeline's 
room.

Open up Madeline's dresser to find a cellphone, a tracking device, and a map. 
Take the map and then search the bed. You will a case that has a gun in it! (Why 
would she carry a gun?) Use the fingerprint kit on the gun (The print is around 
by the barrel) Use the tape on the print and put that in a bag. Leave the room 
and go into the lobby.

Gabe will walk to the front desk automatically. Ask Jean about all topics and 
then go to the kitchen (the 'forbidden' door in the dining room) and try opening 
the door. Since you can't get in, go talk to Jean again and ask him about food 
to obtain permission to go into the kitchen. Head into the kitchen again.

Go to the dumbwaiter that is to the right of the door and open it. Use the crank 
to bring the dumbwaiter down to the first floor. Click on the platform that is 
now waiting there and select the EXIT option from the verb chooser. Once inside, 
click on the rope and OPERATE it. This'll bring Gabe up to the second floor. Get 
out of the dumbwaiter via the door at the lower left to enter Wilkes' room.

Inspect the letter that is sitting on his desk and then read it. Get back in the 
dumbwaiter and exit through the opposite door to enter Buchelli's room. Once 
inside, open his top dresser drawer. Get the ticket stub by searching the black 
pants and then go into Inventory and think about the stub. Close the dresser 
drawer and dust Buchelli's suitcase clasp to get his print. Get back into the 
dumbwaiter.

OPERATE the pulley rope so Gabe will pull the dumbwaiter down to the first 
floor. Leave the dumbwaiter and then go and enter the opposite dumbwaiter. Pull 
the rope up to the second floor and leave via the door near the top to enter 
Baza's room (For those who wonder, the door opposite Baza's would exit out into 
Gabe/Grace's room)

Search the closest bed and Gabe will find a cloth underneath the pillow. Dust 
the Jesus portrait for prints to find out that there aren't any. Look at the 
journal that is on the table to discover that it is written in Aramaic. Get back 
into the dumbwaiter, pull it back down to the first floor, leave the hotel, and 
go to the cemetery. It's time to find out some info on the Abb.

Try to open the abb's office window and note that it only moves a few inches. 
Try to open the window again to have Gabe note that the wood is swollen. Use the 
tube of Suppuration H that you swiped from LH on the window. Open up the window 
this time. Exit into the abb's office and once inside, open up his desk drawer. 
You'll see a magazine and a pack of cigarettes. Don't touch the pack just yet, 
but read the magazine. Dust the cig pack to get the Abb's prints. Close the 
drawer.

Look at the portrait that hangs in the room and read the label. Leave the office 
via the window and go back to Gabe's hotel room. You have gathered quite a bit 
of information on each of the group members, so let's go store this into SIDNEY. 
Go TYPE on the laptop. In the interface, go to ADD DATA. First to add would be 
Madeline's map. Click on her map and click on the SCAN INTO SIDNEY option. When 
that is finished, scan in one of LH's documents that you found in her room and 
then scan in the other.

Next thing to scan in would be all of the fingerprints and when you are done 
scanning those in, scan in all of the license plate numbers that Gabe kept track 
of from yesterday. Now that you should have everything scanned in, it is time to 
link the stuff to their respectful suspect. Link everything related to Madeline 
to her Suspect file (license plate #, fingerprint, map, etc.) and do the same 
thing with the other suspects. Note: You don't have to link the parchments to LH 
and Estelle because you don't know who they belong to.

When you are done linking everything, go to ADD DATA and scan in the tape you 
made of the Abb's phone conversation. Click on the TRANSLATE button and then 
select the ABBE_TAPE file and under the FROM field, select FRENCH and under the 
TO field, select ENGLISH and then click on the TRANSLATE NOW button to get the 
conversation translated. When you are done, click on the MAIN MENU button and 
then the EXIT button to log off of SIDNEY. Now, you must return Madeline's map 
and LH's documents to avoid raising a ruckus. When you are finished, go down to 
the lobby and if you have done everything, an amusing sequence should take place 
marking the end of the current timeblock.


	DAY 2: Early Afternoon (12 PM - 2 PM)

Gameplay switches back to Grace Nakimura to find out how the tour has been doing 
since we left. Looks like they've now arrived at a place called Chateau de 
Serres. First thing to do is go into the wine-tasting room. There, talk with the 
Abb and then try to talk to everyone else. Leave the place.

Go through the stone arch that is situated between the mansion and the wine-
tasting place. Grace will then hear what sounds like a baby crying (Could it 
be?) Go to the cellar doors and listen and then try to open up the doors to find 
out that they won't open. Go back a little bit until you see a slanted part of 
the roof that is within climbing distance. Climb up that and watch as Grace 
works her way over to the windows. Once you get to that screen, climb over to 
the open window in the upper right.

Inside, explore the attic a bit and open the wardrobe that is nearby. Look at 
the robes inside and use the sketchpad on the robe symbols. Leave the wardrobe 
open and go open up the trunk that is behind the wall. Grace will see a baby 
inside (Could it be?) Grace will then become shocked at what she just saw. Doing 
this starts a timer for Montreaux's entry. Hurry up and hide in the wardrobe.

Once hidden, watch the sequence where Montreaux almost discovers Grace in the 
wardrobe, but she is then saved when Madeline calls for Montreaux and then he 
will leave. When Grace is out, go look at the trunk again and search the stuff 
to discover that what appeared to be a baby was actually a crummy ol' doll (Oh, 
darn)

Head down the spiral staircase into Montreaux's library. Open up the desk 
drawer, but do not touch the book! Dust the book to get Montreaux's print and 
then use the tape and put it into a bag. Now, you may read the book. Read the 
notes that you find and then click on the page and select EXIT so Grace will put 
the book back.

Inspect the nearby portrait of Montreaux to notice that something is odd about 
it. Move the chair to the right, climb on it, and then inspect the right eye. 
Notice the picture that is inside of it. Exit out of the close-up, and then 
click on the floor so Grace can climb down from the chair. It's time to get down 
low (Hold CTRL and move the camera down a little bit) Look for a button on 
(Grace's) lower-left desk leg and push it. This will activate a laser system. 
Move each of the heads to the left once. Solving this puzzle correctly will open 
up some more stairs.

Go down the stairs. Then go to the end of the hallway to where you see a door. 
Go through it and you will be in a wine-making room. That sound of a baby crying 
that Grace heard earlier was actually the sound of a winepress. Look around the 
room a bit and then go talk to the kooky old lady that is operating the 
controls. Notice that she repeats the phrase, 'pommes bleu'. Grace will freak 
out and run out into the courtyard where Mosely is waiting for her. Wait until 
you see what happens next (It's not for the faint of heart)....This marks the 
end of the timeblock.


	DAY 2: Late Afternoon (2 PM - 5 PM)

Doesn't it feel nice to be playing as Gabriel again? (Does this sense of 
repetition bring back any memories?) There is a five minute timer before the 
tour members finish what they're doing, so you must act quickly. When you go out 
into the hall, use the glass on Madeline's door to hear something in French (too 
bad you can't record it) Go over to LH and Estelle's room and use the glass on 
their door to hear them talking.

Head downstairs and go into the phone alcove. You'll notice that Buchelli is in 
one of the booths. If you still have time left, use the tape recorder on his 
booth to record his conversation. When the time expires, Buchelli will go out of 
the booth and out into the lounge. Talk to both Wilkes and Buchelli in the 
lounge and make note of their glasses.

Talk to Jean about the killing and then head upstairs to your bedroom to see 
that Grace is on the sofa reading the Holy Grail book. Talk to her about all 
topics.

Now that your current hotel tasks are complete, leave and go atop Tour Magadala 
to look at and then chat with the Abb. Once you're done with that conversation, 
go to the moped courtyard and drive the Harley to the Devil's Armchair (I'll let 
you find the locations for the places rather than having me trying to explain 
where they're at)

Once at the parking lot, cross the road and go up the path. Watch as Gabe 
startles Mosely (hehehe) When the first list of choices pop up, choose VAMPIRES. 
Then talk to Mosely about the dead bodies of MacDougall and Mallory and then 
choose the Abb. Talk to Mosely again and ask him about the tour group. When you 
are finished, look at and think about the dead bodies' head, torso, and the gash 
on the throat. Look around the ground until you see a pool of blood. Look at the 
pool of blood and then look at the indentations that are nearby and think about 
them.

When you think about the indentations, Gabe's 'inner eye' shows him what could 
of made those marks. When the sequence is over, think about the indentations 
again and Gabe's 'inner eye' will this time show him why there weren't any 
footprints from the assailants. Leave the Devil's Armchair and as you do, Mosely 
and Gabe will meet a po'ed and suspicious Madeline Buthane. Once Mosely and Gabe 
get to the parking lot, Mosely will ask Gabe to give him a ride back to the 
Chateau since he doesn't have any other way. Once you have dropped him off, get 
back on the Harley and go back to the Armchair.

The first thing you will notice is that the French police are now on the scene. 
You can try going back to the scene, but you aren't going to get anywhere. 
Instead, look at the tracks near the Harley and then follow them up the hill 
opposite the crime scene and you'll find the Scots' car. Use your notepad on one 
of the tires to get the tire tread. Hop back on the Harley and go to L'Ermitage.

In the parking lot, go searching for some tire tracks and once you do, use the 
tire tread pattern on them to get them compared. You will discover a match! Get 
back on the Harley and go to Larry's house. Find the tire tracks that are near 
Larry's car and use the tire pattern on them. Yep, they were here alright. Knock 
on the door to enter Larry's study. Discuss all topics with Larry and later on, 
watch as Gabriel is thrown out.

When Gabriel is outside, watch the sequence that happens. It shows Gabriel 
peeking in through the window to see that Larry is just finishing a phone call, 
set his alarm clock, and then leave to head next door to the ruins. When Larry 
is gone, use the hanger on the crack in the window to see that Larry set his 
alarm clock to 2:00 AM. Head to the ruins to see that Larry is looking for 
something with his binoculars. Gabriel won't talk to him and Larry will keep his 
feet firmly planted here until the next timeblock. So, with nothing further to 
do, go to the Blanchefort parking lot, get on the Harley, and head to Rennes le 
Chateau.

Once Gabe is off of the Harley, go to the hotel. As he enters, watch as Baza and 
Stiles collide. Emilio heads over to the lounge and Estelle leaves the hotel. 
Hurry up and go back outside to see that Estelle is taking off on her moped. Go 
to the moped courtyard and go to Chateau de Blanchefort. Time for some ol'-
fashioned following. Wait for Estelle to drive by then choose to FOLLOW her. She 
will end up stopping in the middle of nowhere.

Get off the Harley here at the site where Estelle stopped. Find the ravine that 
leads up the path and follow it until you find Estelle. Talk to Estelle about 
all topics and you'll learn a lot about the relationship between her and Lady 
Howard. Go back to the Harley and head back to Rennes le Chateau.

Go into the phone booth area and use the card on one of the phones to have Gabe 
get on the phone and tell the Prince about everything that has happened thus 
far. Once the conversation is over, go up to the bedroom. If you happen to be 
sidetracked by Jean, talk to him and ask him to tell Simone to buzz the room at 
2 AM so that is out of the way.

As Gabe enters the room, Mosely will enter then Grace will tell the boys about 
what she has in that book. When the list of topics come up, be sure to discuss 
every last one of 'em. After all of 'em have been discussed, Grace will read an 
excerpt about the Stewarts (What has this got to do with Prince James?) Mosely 
will leave his pop bottle on the coffee table as he leaves so be sure to dust it 
for prints. Once the print has been found, use the tape on it and put it in a 
baggie. Head down to the lobby.

Head over to the lounge and dust Wilkes' glass (do you remember which one that 
is? Here's a hint, it's green!) for prints. Follow the same procedure as you 
have been whenever you are dusting for prints. If you haven't done so already, 
talk to Jean and have him do a wake-up call at 2 AM. Go back to the bedroom. 
TYPE on SIDNEY and scan Wilkes' fingerprint (Don't worry about Mosely's, Grace 
will take care of that)

Under the SUSPECTS menu, go to John Wilkes' file and link his fingerprint to 
him. Scan in the audiotape that Gabe made of Buchelli's phone conversation. Go 
to the TRANSLATE menu and get the tape translated by having the FROM as Italian 
and the TO as English.

Time to investigate Montreaux. You can't get in the mansion just by saying 
you're an author, so it looks like you are going to have to go 'undercover'. Go 
to MAKE ID (I forgot which menu that is under) and select Gabriel's picture. Go 
to the REPORTER menu and select the New York Times. Click on Print 
Identification. Now that you have your fake ID, go get on the Harley and go to 
Chateau de Serres.

Go through the gate and locate the tire tracks in the parking area and use the 
tread mark that you traced to get the tracks compared. Looks like we have 
another match here, people! Go back in the courtyard and knock on the door to 
the mansion. When Marseau appears and asks who you are, show him your fake ID 
and soon you will meet Excelsior Montreaux. Be sure to talk to him about ALL 
topics so that way you can get all the points and all the background info behind 
him. Note that Montreaux connects the holy grail legend with the philosopher's 
stone, alchemy, and eternal youth. Once that long conversation is over, get back 
on the Harley and go back to the Rennes le Chateau hotel and go up into Room 25.

Gabe will talk to Grace about his findings on Montreaux and Chester. For the 
ending sequence, Gabe shows Mosely to the dining room for supper so Grace can 
get in some more work. This ends the timeblock.


	DAY 2: Early Evening (5 PM - 10 PM)

We're almost finished with Day 2, but right now there is still work to be done. 
Leave the bedroom and pick up the glass just next to the ladies' room and use it 
on their door to find out that they are getting ready for dinner. Head down to 
the front desk and talk to Simone about all topics. Head over to the dining room 
to overhear a conversation between Gabe and Mosely and then watch as Madeline 
charms Gabriel. When they're done, approach them for a very brief conversation.

Go talk to Buchelli and then exit the hotel. Outside, talk to Emilio, who is 
sitting on the bench. Make note that he says that you have 'better things to 
do'. Go to the Museum Sauniere and take the manila envelope that is taped to the 
door only to discover that it is a copy of Le Serpent Rouge! (Who could have 
left this?) Go into your inventory and inspect the document. Focus your 
attention to first two stanzas of LSR, which are Aquarius and Pisces. Dust the 
envelope for prints and follow your procedure.

Go to the church and pick up the English version of the pamphlet. Go into your 
inventory and read the pamphlet and be sure to think about every page. Look at 
the points of interest that are noted in the pamphlet. Knock on the Abb's 
office door and talk to him about all topics. Look at the Duke of Lorraine 
portrait and choose to TALK to the Abb about it. After the Abb tells you about 
the picture, look at it again to hear Grace's thoughts. Look at and think about 
the Abb's chessboard set. Let's look around the church a bit before going, 
shall we?

First thing to look at is the picture of the four angels and the statue of Rex 
Mundi, aka Asmodeus that is near the church entrance/exit. In the close-up view 
of the angel portrait, click on the bottom angel and select the TRACE option. A 
small red dot will appear on its hand. TRACE the right angel and a dot will 
appear on its shoulder and a line will appear between the hand and the shoulder. 
Trace the top angel and a dot will appear on its forehead and watch as another 
line appears. Do the same thing on the left angel and a dot will appear on its 
shoulder. Do the same thing again for the bottom angel so that a square is now 
showing. Go back to your hotel bedroom.

It's time to put SIDNEY into overdrive. Get on the computer and scan in 
Montreaux's and the LSR fingerprints into SIDNEY and also scan in the hermetical 
symbols that Grace got off that robe back at Montreaux's mansion. ANALYZE the 
symbols only to find out that SIDNEY has to send the symbols to offline 
databases for interpretation.  Go to the SUSPECTS folder and open up Montreaux's 
file. Link his fingerprint to his file and do a MATCH ANALYSIS on the LSR print 
to find out that it doesn't match anybody's prints. 

Okay, time to do some work on LSR. Go and do a search for RA. Read the little 
article on him and then head back to the MAIN MENU. Select ANALYZE and then open 
up the MAP image. Select START ANALYSIS to convert this file into an expanded 
SIDNEY graphic file. Under the MAP menu, select ENTER POINTS. In the left pane, 
put a point on the Chateau de Blanchefort ruins and one on Rennes le Chateau's 
Mary Magdalen church. The go and START ANALYSIS.

In the ANALYZE menu, open up the first parchment file that Gabe scanned in 
earlier and START ANALYSIS. After it's done, select OK and SIDNEY will find 
hidden geometry and text anomalies. Under GRAPHIC, select VIEW GEOMETRY and 
under TEXT, select EXTRACT ANOMALIES. Select the FRENCH box when SIDNEY asks you 
for a language. SIDNEY will end up decoding a hidden message which is then 
translated from French to English.

Now that you are done with the first parchment, open up the second one. Start an 
analysis on it and then select VIEW GEOMETRY. Now select ANALYZE TEXT and select 
French when SIDNEY asks for a language. Grace will write the translation down 
and that'll appear in your inventory. Under Graphic, select ROTATE SHAPE. Make 
note that Grace says that the parchments must be linked to the Priory of Sion in 
some way. We still have plenty more of map work to get done, so let's get 
crackin'. Select ENTER POINTS and put a point on the Magdalen churches in St. 
Just et le Bezu, Rennes le Chateau, Bugarach, and Coustaussa. Select START 
ANALYSIS and SIDNEY will ask for a shape. Select the CIRCLE. Click on the edge 
of the circle and it'll darken. Resize the circle so that it fits the points 
that you plotted. When it gets around to the correct position, the circle will 
lock in place and SIDNEY reports the coordinates for the center of the circle. A 
note with this on it will now appear in your inventory. Make a note that Grace 
says that the center point is somewhere near L'Ermitage. This marks the end of 
the timeblock.


	DAY 2: Late Evening (10 PM -12 AM?)

After Grace has finished the Magdalen crown, go down to the lobby to see that 
Gabe and Mosely are leaving with Madeline to go to Rennes le Bain. Emilio will 
enter and sit with Buchelli at the lounge. Go into the dining room and talk to 
the ladies. Once you are done, go into the lobby area and you will see that 
Emilio is drinking a glass of water with Buchelli. Make note of what Emilio's 
glass looks like. Head back up to your bedroom, it's time for some more SIDNEY 
work.

Do a search on QUATERNITY and follow anything that is linked to it. When you 
read the article on the subject, Alchemy: Tilted Square, it points  out that the 
tilted square is also used to represent the Sun. Also read the article on 
Alchemy: Squaring the Circle. Now do a search on ST. MICHAEL and follow anything 
linked to it. When you are done doing that, do a search on PYTHAGORAS. Okay, 
it's time to square the circle, so get into the MAP, add a square graphic to it, 
and size it so it fits just around the circle.

Go into your inventory and think about the Taurus stanza of LSR. Still in 
inventory, think about the blue apples cipher that SIDNEY picked up in one of 
the parchments. Go back to the map and let's enter some more points. Put a point 
on Chateau de Serres and on the spot where the Paris meridian intersects the top 
half of the circle. Now, go select START ANALYSIS and SIDNEY will plot a line 
'tangential to circle and intersects with conjoining features on the meridian'. 
Click on the square that you placed not too long ago and rotate it until the top 
half locks in with that new line. Whew, all this work makes me tired. Let's take 
a break from SIDNEY and head down to the lobby.

There, the ladies will invite Buchelli and Emilio to a game of bridge and they 
all enter the dining room. Make a note that no one has seen Wilkes at all today 
(I wonder what he's up to) and that Emilio leaves his glass behind. Dust his 
glass for fingerprints only to find out that there weren't any left. Time for 
SIDNEY again.

Think about the stanzas in LSR and make a note about the black and white mosaic 
tiles and to Asmodeus. Reread the church pamphlet that has the part about the 
church floor tiles being linked to the 'heretical Cathar notion of duality'. Get 
on SIDNEY and do a search on ASMODEUS then do a search on chessboard and follow 
anything linked to it. One of those links should include the subject duality and 
follow its links. Make a note that the symbol for duality is two superimposed 
triangles made into a hexagram. This symbol will become important later.

Go to the main menu, select analyze, and open the map. Under the Map menu, 
select draw grid. When the grid list is showing, select fill shape. When it asks 
for dimensions, choose 8 x 8. Doing this will result in the ending movie. Watch 
it and Grace will find out what Wilkes has been up to. It appears that he has 
found a hollow area somewhere in this area. Now that Day 2 is over, it is time 
for Day 3.


	DAY 3: Late Night (2 AM)

Time to go see why Larry Chester is getting up so early. Leave the hotel and get 
on the Harley. Drive it over to Chateau de Blanchefort. Follow the path up to 
the ruins, but instead of going to the ruins, take the right fork to go to 
Larry's house. Sneak over to Larry's side window and watch as Larry leaves and 
walk down a nearby ravine. This will make this path available for Gabriel so 
follow Larry.

In the next screen, Gabriel will automatically hide behind a hill to watch Larry 
bury his package. Make a note of where Larry digs because after he leaves, use 
your shovel on that same spot. You'll discover a manuscript entitled 'Most Holy 
and Sacred Bloodline'. Look, the author is Larry Sinclair! (So, Chester is a 
phony!) Go into your inventory and look at the manuscript. Use the fingerprint 
kit on it and do the routine. Follow the ravine back to Larry's house and then 
head back to the Blanchefort parking lot and get on the Harley.

When Gabriel gets on the Harley, a black Sedan (the kidnappers?) will drive by 
and Gabe will follow it only to lose their trail. So, go to L'Homme Mort. Once 
again, there's Mosely. Talk to him about all topics. After he leaves, go back to 
the Harley and go to Rennes le Chateau.

Go to your bedroom and this'll trigger yet another one of Gabe's Schattenjager 
dreams. This marks the end of the timeblock.


	DAY 3: Morning (7 AM - 10 AM)

Look at the manuscript that was left on the coffee table and pick up the Harley 
keys (finally, we get to go somewhere) Leave the room and go over to Mosely's. 
Use the glass on his door to find out that he is sleeping. Use his room key on 
his door to enter his room. Inside, SEARCH Mosely's mattress to find nothing but 
underwear. If you search his armoire, you won't find anything important. Search 
the dirty clothes pile and you'll find a tracking device. Go into your inventory 
and think about the device. Leave his room and go down to the dining room.

Once again, the ladies are here so talk to them about all topics. Once finished, 
leave the hotel and go to the museum. Inside, pick up a postcard depicting 
Poussin's 'Les Bergeres d'Arcadie' and two of Teniers' paintings, 'The 
Temptation of St. Anthony' and 'St. Anthony and St. Paul' from the top rack and 
Grace will automatically pay for them.

Talk to Madame Girard and ask her about the envelope. Leave the museum and go 
atop Tour Magdala to chat with the Abb. Once finished, go to the moped 
courtyard. Go look in the back of LH and Estelle's moped to find a pair of 
binoculars. Pick them up. Get on the Harley and go to L'Ermitage. Follow the 
path up to the site and then approach the cave, making note of Grace's comment.

Enter the cave and pick up the note that is taped to the wall and read it. Leave 
the cave and use Mosely's device on Grace to get its interface in the upper left 
corner. Note that whenever Grace moves, the longitude and latitude change which 
marks her exact location. Move Grace until the numbers in the interface are that 
of the coordinates that Grace wrote earlier for the center of Magdalen's crown. 
Here's a hint, take a few steps south of the cave entrance to find the spot. 
When Grace hits the exact spot, she'll mark it with an X.

Use the shovel on the X and Grace will dig there. After awhile, she won't find 
anything and she will give up. Think about the sign that is in front of the cave 
and then think about the rock outcropping around the cave. Go into your 
inventory and inspect the St. Anthony and St. Paul postcard. Use that same 
postcard on the outcropping and Grace will compare the two. Click on the 
outcropping again and click on the UP option and make note of Grace's comment. 
Get back on the Harley and go to Rennes le Chateau.

Go to Room 25 as it is time for some more SIDNEY work. Go to ADD DATA and scan 
in the postcards you bought from the museum. When it's done, do a search on 
Solomon. If you scroll down, you'll see the seal of Solomon. We should be on the 
Leo stanza of LSR so let's get at it. Do a search on shepherds and read about 
Arcadia. Go to ANALYZE and open the Poussin postcard. Go to START ANALYSIS and 
SIDNEY will find hidden geometry and decipherable words. Under Graphic, choose 
zoom & clarify and then when it asks if you want to save the text, choose YES. 
Go back under the Graphic menu and choose view geometry then SIDNEY will find a 
hexagram.

Open up the Teniers 'Temptation of St. Anthony' postcard and start an analysis 
on it to find out that there isn't anything hidden in the picture. Open up the 
other Teniers postcard and start an analysis on it. SIDNEY will find 
decipherable words and hidden geometry. Go to View Geometry and SIDNEY will find 
the tilted square. Go back under that menu, but choose Zoom & Clarify and SIDNEY 
will get a verse from the Bible, select Yes to retrieve it.

Reread the Leo stanza in LSR and open up the map. Go to Enter Points and put one 
on L'Ermitage and one on Poussin's Tomb that is to the northeast and start the 
analysis. SIDNEY will connect the points. What, another break already? Head 
downstairs to the dining room and chat with Mosely and Buchelli. Go to the moped 
courtyard and drive the Harley to L'Homme Mort. Go up to the site to see that 
Madeline is there digging. Talk to her and then back to Rennes le Chateau. Go 
back into the hotel dining room and chat with Mosely. Head back to the bedroom.

Let's work on the Virgo stanza now, shall we? Do a search on St. Vincent and 
read the article. Next, do a search on the Temple of Solomon. Click on the 
Temple Diagram link in the the article to find out that the page is down. Go to 
Analyze and open the Map file if it isn't already. Under Graphic, go to Use 
Shapes and choose the hexagram. Size the hexagram until the shape fits just 
inside the circle and then rotate it until the tip of one point is at the 
intersection of the meridian, the sunrise line, and the Poussin/L'Ermitage line. 
When it is locks in, Grace will write down the coordinates for the southwest and 
northeast arms of the hexagram. Exit SIDNEY. If you have done all the previous 
activities, the timeblock comes to an end here.


	DAY 3: Late Morning (10 AM - 12 PM)

Listen to the conversation between Gabe and Grace and then watch as Mosely 
barges into the room and locks onto the manuscript (Looks like someone has 
perked interests). Gabe shoves Mosely out of the way as he leaves and then 
Mosely will leave with him. The timeblock first starts with the conversation 
between Mosely and Gabe while Jean and Roxanne go to inspect Wilkes' room.

After Mosely has left, feel free to find out why Jean and Roxanne are checking 
out Wilkes' room. Watch the brief cutscene, which leaves Gabe out in the hall. 
Go to the supply closet and talk to Roxanne about all topics. Once you get into 
Wilkes' room, look at the open window and then search the bed and bathroom.

After you are done investigating, go talk to Mosely in his room and talk to him 
about all topics. Head downstairs and talk to Jean about Wilkes. Go get on the 
Harley and drive to L'Homme Mort. Here, walk up the path to the site. Find and 
look at the muddy footprints and Gabriel will automatically go and discover why 
Wilkes never showed up. (Oh my gosh! It's the same way the Scots were killed!) 
Ok, quit freaking out over the gruesome scene and think about Wilkes' body and 
then search it to find a letter to his publisher. Go into your inventory, 
inspect the letter and then think about it. Go and locate a pool of blood. Look 
and think about the knee indentations. Leave L'Homme Mort and go to LH and 
Estelle's site.

Go up to the site to find Estelle digging and LH lounging around. Chat with 
them, and see that LH is particularly nasty towards you. Leave the site and go 
to Poussin's tomb. Walk up the hill to find that Emilio is meditating. Talk to 
him and then head back to the hotel in Rennes le Chateau.

When you try to open up your bedroom door, Mosely walks out the door carrying a 
newspaper (doesn't that seem weird?) Once Mosely enters his room, Madeline walks 
by and enters his room as well (What the heck is going on?) Once you are in your 
bedroom, make a note that Grace is in the bathroom, so let's get some work done 
on SIDNEY.

Scan in Sinclair's fingerprint and link it to his file. Exit SIDNEY, go and get 
on the Harley and drive to Sinclair's (Chester's) house. Knock on his door, at 
first Larry will tell you that he has nothing to say to you, but Gabe blocks the 
door and lets himself in. Talk to Larry about all topics and Larry will became 
angry since now his anonymity is blown and Prince James will be mad if Gabe 
doesn't get that manuscript back. You will find out a lot though, like that 
Montreaux is not a Freemason, and that he may not even be Scottish Rite. Once 
you are done, go back to your hotel room at Rennes le Chateau.

When you try opening your door this time, Madeline walks out of Mosely's room 
carrying that newspaper (Now I know there's something going because she's being 
too conspicuous by the way she's carrying the paper) If you have the camera 
follow her, watch as Buchelli pokes his head out of his room to spy on Madeline. 
When that is done, go into your bedroom.

Looks like Grace is updating SIDNEY. Talk to her about every topic and when the 
conversation is over, Gabriel hears a car pulling into the town. Oh crap! It's 
Prince James! You're going to be in even deeper trouble because the manuscript 
is missing! This sequence will mark the end of the current timeblock.


	DAY 3: Afternoon (12 PM - 3 PM)

We're almost done solving LSR, but we still have four stanzas left to figure 
out. Go out into the hall and watch as Buchelli comes out of Madeline's room 
with that mysterious newspaper. Move the camera to watch Buchelli go from her 
room to his own room (Sometimes I wish you just go up and swipe that newspaper 
so we could figure out just what is going on) Use the glass on Madeline's door 
to find out that no one is in there. Use the glass on Buchelli's door to find 
out that he is flipping the pages of something. Go back into your bedroom and 
fire up SIDNEY.

You should have some new email in your box, so go check it. You should have an 
email with the subject, 'RE: Temple of Solomon' Open it up and you'll get the 
layout for the temple. Open up the Map file and let's plot some points. To mark 
off the Holy of Holies, place a point on the fourth and sixth vertical grid 
lines that lay on the third horizontal grid line from the north. To mark off the 
rest of the temple, place a point where the seventh horizontal grid line 
intersect the fourth and sixth grid lines. When you are finished, start the 
analysis and SIDNEY will connect the plotted points. After SIDNEY is done what 
it was told to do, it's time to plot more points but first let's look at the 
Scorpio stanza again. Go to Enter Points and place a point on the intersecting 
grid line near Pech Cardou to mark the center of the Holy of Holies. Doing this 
will mark 'the Site' on Mt. Cardou. Grace will automatically write the 
coordinates down. Leave SIDNEY for now and let's go down to the dining room.

Listen to a conversation between LH and Estelle regarding Dr. Wen, the Great 
Seed, and other things. When they're finished, go and talk to them. When done, 
go get on the Harley and notice that there are now three new active places for 
you to visit: the NE arm of the hexagram, the SW arm, and The Site. Let's take a 
trip to the NE arm of the hexagram.

Looks like someone doesn't want you in this area, can't you tell by the barbed 
wire fence? Pick up the paper that is posted on one of the fence posts (Hmmm, 
looks like whoever is leaving these is currently staying at Rennes le Chateau) 
Turn the camera around so that it is facing towards the Harley and the mountain 
view and move it all the way to the edge. Try looking for (It's a bit hard to 
see) for a dark red spot. If you do happen to find it, it's Chateau de Serres. 
Think about and look at that red spot. You're finished here, so get on the 
Harley and go to the other arm of the hexagram.

Use the tracking device on Grace to get the interface in the corner. Go up the 
hill until you see an overhang and a red handkerchief. Pick up the handkerchief 
and look at the rocks. Use the shovel on the rocks to clear some of them away. 
Look at the piece of paper that is hanging just inside the overhang and if you 
look close enough, that overhang is actually a cave entrance.

In your inventory, think about that note that you just found. Leave the area and 
go to Rennes le Bain. There, go inside the tavern and talk to Gabriel and 
Mosely. When finished, leave the tavern and go to 'the Site', which actually 
drops you off at the Blanchefort parking lot. Walk across the road up to the 
site. Once at the site, use the device on Grace to get the interface over in the 
corner. To get the right coordinates, move Grace over to the rocks on the right 
and when she does find the spot, she'll mark the spot with an X. Think about 
that spot and then use the shovel on it.

When Grace finds out that she can't dig there, pick up the note that is tacked 
to the tree. When you done reading it, go over to the Blanchefort ruins. There, 
use the binoculars to bring up the interface. Focus your attentions on that 
orange rock near Mt. Cardou and use the ZOOM 50x button when it is lit up. You 
should see the site with Buchelli's moped parked nearby. This site will become 
active on the map. Get back on the Harley and go to the orange rock site.

Walk around the orange rock and use the shovel on the freshly dug spot. You'll 
find the missing manuscript! (So that's what they've been up to! They're gonna 
have some explainin' to do) Dust the manuscript and you should find three 
separate prints. Use the tape to lift them all and put them all into a baggie. 
Now that you are done here, go to LH and Estelle's site.

Go to the site and talk to the ladies and then head to the Tour Magdala in 
Rennes le Chateau. You'll see that Madeline is here, so talk to her. Head back 
down the stairs and go to the hotel. Here, you will finally get to meet Prince 
James. He'll greet you after he's finished talking to Jean. You'll also notice 
that Emilio is in the lounge area, so go talk to him after the prince has left. 
Head up to the bedroom when the brief conversation is done.

Time to work with SIDNEY some more. So, once you've fired him up, do a search on 
Magi. Then do a search on Osiris and do the same with Bloodline. Scan in all 
three fingerprints that you got off the manuscript. Go to the Suspects area and 
open up the first manuscript print and do a Match Analysis on it to find out 
that Buchelli had the script. Then do another match analysis for the second and 
third prints to find out that Mosely and Madeline had their hands on it.

Let's work on the Ophiuchus stanza of LSR, shall we? Go to Add Data and scan in 
that SUM note that Grace took down when she was on the tour. Translate the note 
from Latin to English to find out that it mean 'I am'. Still in the Translate 
area, open the Arcadia text that SIDNEY found in one of the postcards and 
translate that from Latin to English as well. SIDNEY will tell you that it is an 
incomplete sentence and will ask you if you would like to add text. Tell it Yes 
and enter SUM. SIDNEY will translate the entire sentence so you'll see that it 
means 'I am also (even) in Arcadia' Select Analyze and open the ARCAD_TXT file 
and start an analysis on it. When it finds some anomalies, go to the TEXT menu 
and choose Anagram Parser.

Watch as SIDNEY brings out a long list of Latin words. To figure the stanza out, 
first choose ARCAM (Tomb), then TANGO (I touch), then DEI (God) and SIDNEY will 
automatically search for a Latin word match using the last four letters and 
completes the sentence with IESU. This completes the Ophiuchus stanza and now 
it's time to work on the Sagittarius stanza.

Go into your inventory, inspect LSR, and think about the Sagittarius stanza. Go 
to the Analyze menu and open up the map. Go to Enter Points and place a point at 
the top of the track loop near Peyrolles. Place a few points along the track and 
place another point on the end of the track near Chateau de Serres. Start an 
analysis and SIDNEY will draw the serpent based on the landmark feature and note 
that the tail wraps around Chateau de Serres. This concludes the Sagittarius 
stanza, so exit SIDNEY. Watch the next sequence and after that is over, this 
timeblock ends.


	DAY 3: Early Evening (3 PM - 6 PM)

Looks like Gabriel is holding a meeting that involves Madeline, Buchelli, and 
Mosely in the dining room. Here's the order of the choices that you need to 
select:

First time Gabriel accuses someone of stealing the manuscript from his room:  
Franklin Mosely
When he accuses someone of stealing the manuscript from the first thief:   
Madeline Buthane
When he accuses someone of stealing the manuscript from the second thief:   
Vittorio Buchelli
When Grace says that the third thief got rid of it by:   Burying it

After everyone has left, go back up to the bedroom. Look at Grace and then talk 
to her about the case and about her SIDNEY research. Leave the hotel and go over 
to Villa Bethania. There, you can see that the Prince, his servant Mesmi, and 
Sinclair are all gathered around. Talk to the Prince about all topics and when 
you are finished, go atop Tour Magdala. There, chat with the Abb about all 
subjects and when you are done, go get on the Harley and go to LH and Estelle's 
site.

Before going to the site, find the water bottle in their moped's sidecar and 
dust it to get Estelle's fingerprint and then go up to the site. Talk to Estelle 
and then go back to the hotel. Go get on SIDNEY and scan in the print and link 
it to Estelle's file. Get back on the Harley and go to Chateau de Serres.

First thing you'll notice is that the gate is closed, Gabriel Knight doesn't 
leave when he comes across these things, does he? No, I didn't think so. Gabriel 
Knight would climb the gate, so go and climb the gate. Marceau will come out and 
talk to Gabe a bit and he'll go and get Montreaux. Watch the sequences and when 
you regain control, look at the garage and then go inside the garage. It's dark 
inside, so flip the light switch. Looks like there's something up there, so 
inspect the ceiling. To avoid startling the bats, Gabe hurries outside only to 
find the night visitors talking with Marceau. The kidnappers will chase Gabe, 
but not before Gabe is already on the Harley and taking off. We're almost done 
with the game, also the timeblock will end here.


	DAY 3: Late Evening (6 PM - 9 PM)

The opening of this timeblock shows Grace starting to become worried about 
Gabriel. Let's do some work on SIDNEY. You should have some new email, so let's 
go check the box. Open up the email that says 'RE: Hermetical Symbols' and Grace 
will assume that Montreaux must be a part of some sort of blood cult. Go to the 
Suspects area and open the LSR_Print file. Do a match analysis on it to find out 
that the LSR print belongs to Estelle Stiles! Link the LSR print to her file. 
Log off of SIDNEY for now and go downstairs to the dining room.

Talk to Mosely, Buchelli, and Madeline and then head out to the lobby. Talk to 
Estelle, who's in the lounge, about Le Serpent Rouge first and then talk to her 
about Egyptian artifacts. This'll take us to Estelle's room where Estelle will 
show Grace some pictures of artifacts that Dr. Wen discovered twenty years ago. 
Grace will trade LSR for one of the pictures, and this marks the end of the 
sequence.

As Grace leaves, notice that Emilio comes out of his room and heads downstairs. 
Let's do some detective work by following him to the churchyard cemetery. Here, 
you'll hear a conversation between Emilio and Mesmi. Grace will automatically 
hide behind the tomb, so don't worry.

Once they're done, go back to the hotel and knock on Emilio's bedroom door. 
He'll reveal to you that he was the one that left all those notes that you kept 
finding and he will tell you his story (it's pretty long, so get something to 
eat/drink before knocking on his door) After he is done, the late evening 
timeblock will end.


	DAY 3: The Big Finale!

The Temple of Solomon awaits us and we have some formidable allies in Emilio and 
Mesmi. Watch as the group talk about the situation at hand and make their plans 
to enter the temple. The team will consist of Mesmi, Gabe, and Mosely while 
Grace and Emilio stay up top to keep an eye on things.

Next thing you know, the team is now inside the temple. The porch floor 
resembles a chessboard and Gabe will point that the tiles look like traps. Study 
the board very carefully before planning your next move. If you inspect the 
floor, it gives you an excellent overhead view, which it'll make it easier to 
study. Before you start, click on a blank tile and talk to Grace about it. 
Notice those doors at the other end of the board? Think about one of 'em. Okay, 
let's get started

PUZZLE OBJECTIVE: Your objective for the chessboard is to get all of the sword 
tiles to go out, but make sure the one in the front of the CIRCLE (your exit) 
door is the last one you land on. To get the puzzle started, walk onto any tile 
in the first horizontal row.

PUZZLE RULES: 1) First move must be to a tile in the first horizontal row. 
		 2) After your first move, you can only move like a knight would in 
the game of chess.
		 3) You can not land on a skull tile
		 4) When you move to a tile other than a sword tile, that last tile 
will drop out.
		 5) The sword tile in front of the CIRCLE door must be the last one 
you land on.

If you need to use a last resort, use the chessboard solution pic that is on the 
site. If you happen to have the need to start over, go 
back to where Mesmi and Mosely are at and the puzzle will reset itself. 

Once you've conquered that puzzle, you are going to be in for a real treat. 
There is a large pendulum in the middle of the room that is currently swinging 
back and forth into slots on opposite sides of the room. To make matters worse, 
the floor in front of you is rotating.

To solve this puzzle, get onto the rotating floor, but beware the pendulum. If 
you stand on a tile and your instincts tell you that the pendulum is going to 
hit, move over to another tile. Once Gabriel is close enough to the pendulum 
(w/o getting hit by it) click on the pendulum and get on. Once you are on, time 
your next move carefully. You want to be able to drop down from the pendulum 
onto the podium. Once you are on the podium, the pendulum will stop swinging (if 
I remember right)

The first thing you'll notice on the podium are six gold ingots in various 
shapes and a balance. You'll see that the balance is being weighted down with a 
gold block, so you should automatically figure that you have to balance the 
scale out by placing the correct ingots on the scale. Before you start, click on 
the scale and talk to Grace about it. Here's the order of the ingots:

1) gold infinity symbol
2) golden egg
3) gold pomegranate

Once you have them on the scale, the podium will lower down to the floor, 
enabling Gabe to get off. This would definitely be a good time to save your 
game. Meanwhile, Grace starts to become curious about the 'Wandering Jew' which 
then Emilio will tell another chapter of his story.

Gabriel will now find himself in the Temple's hexagram chamber. In the entryway, 
you'll notice an inscription in the wall and a statue of King Solomon. Click on 
the inscription and have Grace translate it. It means 'Beware! Only the 
initiates of the mysteries of the seal may survive' Right click to bring up the 
Game menu and click on the Radio button. Grace will tell you about the statue.

Enter the hexagram room and go into the room with two statues, one of a devil 
and the other of an angel. Click on the podium and talk to Grace about the 
inscription to get it translated. It means 'choose a master'. Go to the area 
with the two basins. Inspect both of them to see that there is a stone in them. 
Click on the podium and talk to Grace to get the inscription translated and it 
means 'choose one'. Go to the area with the gloves and note that the same phrase 
is there.

Pick up the leather gloves and Gabriel will put them on his hands. Go back to 
the area with the basins and pick up the stone that sits in the fire basin. Now 
go back to the room with the two statues and place the stone on the devil statue 
and this'll light up the dark areas and darken the light areas.

Go into the area with the mirrors and a pointer switch. If you look into the 
left mirror, it shows Gabriel when he is an old fart and if you look in the 
mirror to the right, it shows Gabriel as he is now. Move the pointer switch to 
the left and this'll activate the buttons across the room. Go to the button room 
and talk to Grace to get the translation of the phrase. It means 'Identify the 
nature of your mind' Push the Yin/Yang button. The doors in the final area will 
open and Gabriel will automatically exit.

Mesmi and Mosely will catch up to Gabriel here. Here, there are two bridges with 
one apparently missing. Walk Gabriel to the edge of the missing bridge and 
notice that a tile will light up. Click on it before it disappears and Gabriel 
will hop to it but don't stand on it for long, though. When another tile lights 
up (and is close enough to your tile) click on it and Gabriel will hop to that 
tile. Repeat this process until Gabriel is on the other side.

When Gabe is safe on the other side, the rest of the team will automatically 
join him. Watch as Montreaux's men comes out from the other side of the veil. 
Mesmi and Mosely will hold them off for now while Gabe goes to the other side.

Montreaux looms over the Prince's baby and Gabe will interrupt the ceremony. 
Montreaux mumbles something and one of the pillars will transform into one of 
the ugliest SOBs you've encountered thus far. This is Asmodeus, guardian of 
sacred treasure. Gabriel will automatically bring out the talisman and the 
dagger. If you are fast enough, right click to bring the Game Options up and use 
the RADIO button. Grace will point out some useful facts about demons: 1) Demons 
tend to have one vulnerable spot  2) A demon's wounds also affect its maker

Watch as Gabriel uses the talisman on the demon, which will temporarily stun it.  
Head towards the sarcophagus in the back of the room and climb onto it. Use the 
talisman on the demon and it'll expose its neck to you. This is the perfect time 
to use the dagger, so use the darn thing on its neck and kill it!

Watch the ending sequence. You've beaten Gabriel Knight III!!!!
