TRANSLATIONS
===============================================================================

Most of the translations for this game is just quite an easy one, for their
move names are all written in Katakana and could be easilly translated into
Romaji. Didn't have much of a hard time! ^,^ But if you find out any errors
(I'm not the best translator, you know), please tell me right away and I might
even add your name in the special thank's section.

===============================================================================
INTRODUCTION
===============================================================================

   Bishoujo Senshi Sailormoon Super S is a Street Fighter type fighting game.
It features both the inner and outer planetary senshi's of the popular Anime,
Sailormoon.

   The Graphics of this game is quite poor. The characters aren't very much
detailed and the background kind of seems dull. But above all these, it's
still one fun game for you FIGHTING GAMES/ANIME fans out there!

STORY            TOURNAMENT

1P vs. 2P        PRACTICE

1P vs. Com       OPTION

===============================================================================
STORY
===============================================================================

Select from the six inner Senshi's to finish the game. You will be able to use
the ABILITY JUNCTION SYSTEM here, and your settings for your character will
continue on until the end of the game, or until you loose. Here, you'll get to
fight the rest of the other Senshi's. When you finish the game, the title
of the game changes (is this a spoiler or what?) into the Senshi you used to
beat the game in story mode. You will also be graded for your performance in
battle after you finish the game. You are graded by letter marks wherein A is
the highest.

===============================================================================
1P vs. 2P
===============================================================================

Battle with a friend (or an enemy for that matter) using your favorite Senshi.
Each player will be given the oportunity to use the ABILITY JUNCTION SYSTEM.

===============================================================================
1P vs. Com
===============================================================================

Battle with the Computer player to test your Senshi skill. Here, you'll get
to choose the Senshi you are to fight with. You will be given the oportunity
to use the ABILITY JUNCTION SYSTEM.

===============================================================================
TOURNAMENT
===============================================================================

Battle for the number one spot. You can either select the computer Senshi's
in the order you like them to be or make the computer randomly select their
positions. The difference here is that you only get to choose a Senshi through
their names. So if you do not know Japanese, here are the Senshi's in their
order as the RIGHT button is pressed:

1P - Moon/Mercury/Mars/Jupiter/Venus/Chibimoon/Pluto/Neptune/Uranus/Saturn
(Note: The order is reversed when the LEFT button is pressed.)

*Matches are only one round here.

===============================================================================
PRACTICE
===============================================================================

In this mode, you'll get to try out the signature moves of your favorite
Senshi. You get to choose your opponent which the second player could also
control. In the battlefield, your characters don't have any life bar, meaning
you can even do your special Senshi moves over and over again. Your characters
here do not die. You can press START to see a Senshi move list (which doesn't
include special attacks) and SELECT to go back to the Character Selection
Screen.

===============================================================================
OPTION
===============================================================================

Here are the lists of options in the OPTION screen as they appear:

COM Level - EASY/NORMAL/DIFFICULT (*NOTE: Normal is selected by default)
[Select your Game Skill]

TIME LIMIT    - ON/OFF
[Set the game timer ON or OFF]

SOUND EFFECTS - 00 (0-4C)
[Play Sound Effects]

VOICE         - 00 (0-09)
[Play Voice Clips]

EXIT
[Return to Title Screen]

===============================================================================
ABILITY JUNCTION SYSTEM
===============================================================================

This is what's unique in this game. You'll get to customize the overall power
of your Sailor Senshi. You are given fifteen points to distribute towards
your character abilities, but may not use some or all of them if you like. See
CONTROLS V. ABILITY JUNCTION SYSTEM to learn the functions for this option and
how to manage this Junction System.

Character Move List
===============================================================================

Special Moves

Each Senshi has a number of Special Moves that signals their character. It
could be performed anytime. But unlike normal attacks, it requires an input
command to perform. They are harder to do than normal punches and kicks, but
are much more powerful.

Super Moves

Each Senshi also has a Super Move. It could only be performed when the Senshi
is near-death, that is, when the character starts to animate like as if she is
running out of breath or something. Super Moves are even more harder to
perform than Special Moves, but takes a lot of life away from your opponent
when it hits hard.

SAME COUNTER-PART SENSHI COLOR SELECTION

If you battle against the same Senshi, your clothes' color will be different
from each other. Well, if you wish to have the same "counter-part" color,
move the heart pointer to any Sailor Soldier and select that Senshi using the
buttons [ L ] or [ R ]. You can also use this trick to play as the
"counter-part" colored Senshi even without having to fight the same Senshi.

===============================================================================
GAME RUMORS
===============================================================================

TUXEDO MASK

It is rumored that one can use Tuxedo Mask in this game. I do not know if this
is really true. If anyone knows the answer to this one, please tell me right
away and I will give credit to you.

MYSTERIOUS ENDING

After you finish the game using a certain Senshi, the intro restarts and you
will see an intro add-on. It shows your character in a certain pose and then
she speaks something. Afterwards, the TITLE SCREEN CHANGES into the name of
the Senshi you used to finish the game as well as the CURSOR into something
related to your character. It is rumored that this has some special effect in
the game, but I do not know the answer to that for sure. If anyone does, tell
me please right away and I will give credit to you.
