"You will die in Hong Kong. I've seen it in a dream!" We'll try to keep the
hope alive in this action/true-story game. This game is somewhat based on the
movie based on the life of the pass Action Star and Master Martial Artist Bruce
Lee. The gameplay is just like any regular 2-D fighters with each character
having their own moves. But, there's only on player you can play as! Bruce Lee!
Well, on with the game...

Since the only moves you can do with the nunchaku is on the ground standing,
you can make various combinations with two or more buttons. Try these:

A to B to A to B (Repeat)
Y to X to Y to X (Repeat)
Y to B to Y to B (Repeat)
X to A to X to A (Repeat)
Y to A to Y to A (Repeat)
X to B to X to B (Repeat)

Now Try these longer string combos:

Y to B to A to Y to A (Repeat)
X to A to X to Y to A (Repeat)
Y to X to A to B (Repeat)
Y to X to B to X (Repeat)
Y to X to B to X (Repeat)
B to A to X to Y (Repeat)
Y to X to A to B (Repeat)

You can make over 24 different combinations with the nunchakus! ("4!" In
Algebric terms...) Try and make some of your own.

Chapter 1 (Lantern Festival, 1961)
"I want to dance with her."

This is the first level you begin with. Not to hard, but challenging.

Fighter: Sailor (Name mentioned in the movie)
Weapon: Chain
Moves: Rising Uppercut, Roll, Quick Punch, and Chain Choke

Strategy: Basically try to avoid close contact with this guy. Start with a
double kick when he approaches you in the beginning. Then try tapping away his
energy by giving slide kicks, short punches, and Kangaroo Kicks when you're two
players away. He'll start to use his chain once half his energy is gone. So
that's when you need to keep your distance. Keep doing Kangaroo kicks until
he's cornered or try jumping forward and doing a fly kick the instant he starts
jumping. Bruce'll (you'll) advance in no time.

Chapter 2 (Kitchen, Alley outside Kitchen)
          "Hi. My name is April..."

This is the second level of the game. Here is where you'll really depend on
your moves.

Fighter: Purple Chef
Weapon: Chef's Big Butcher Knifes
Moves: Double Edge, Butcher's Slap, and Spin Kick

Strategy: The first chef is pretty easy to tame. You'll need to trick him into
jumping since he doesn't have any jumping attacks. Give a few Kangaroo Kicks
here and there to see if it will connect, but remember if you to far/close/slow
that the chef will jump away from your move. Once you pummel the chef's energy
in half, in desperation he will leave the kitchen...

And enter the Alleyway outside of it. Here is the second half of your fight.
(Note: Check out the background. Now look at the Dumpster, there's something
inside!)

Fighter: Purple Chef
         Brown Chef

Strategy: It's a 2 on 1 battle and you're in the center of it. You need to be
careful and patient as crazy here. First when you enter the stage, you'll only
fight the Purple Chef. Then after about 15-30 seconds the Brown chef will
appear to help assist his "Twin Brother." Mainly attack the Purple Chef since
his energy is already cu in half. If you get trapped close between the two
chef's, quickly attempt to press Hark kick to do one of Bruce's special moves
the Split Kick or what I like to call, the "Splits." One thing to do if you're
facing both chefs from afar is to jump towards them and hit any attack button.
2/5 chances (depending on what the end chef is doing) you'll hit one of them.
Also when your up close to them, try doing a Kangaroo Kick. If one chef jumps
away from you, attack the closer chef. If both chefs jump away, flip towards
them. If you're able to survive this very intense battle, then you're on your
way to part 3 of the game.

Bonus Round: Training Post

I don't know what the real name of this is, but its what most fighters
(Kickboxer mostly) use to get accurate and powerful hits. In this bonus level
it seems to have to align the posts or sticks to where they are. To do this hi
the padding that's adjacent and connected to it. For each accurate Hit/Attack
you'll get points. TRY YOUR BEST!

Chapter 3 (The Seattle Gym)
"Get off that machine. I'll show you a real workout."

This is one of the cooler levels in the game. Here you fight a Kickboxer (name
mentioned in the movie also), who later becomes Bruce's friend and ally. That
is you beat him first...

Fighter: Kickboxer
Weapons: None
Moves: Double Air Kicks, Kick Boxer, Double Fake, Kick Stunner

Strategy: BLOCK BLOCK BLOCK!! If this guy ever comes near you and attacks,
remember to block ahead of time. If not, you should be the on kicking. No
Kangaroo Kicks are necessary to beat this Groove Champion. Try to corner him
first with Hard Kicks, then start adding variety in your moves. But, less
punching is better. Press short kick rapidly to slowly tap all of his energy.
If he escapes the corner, corner him on the other side with punches and kicks.
Once he has half of his energy gone he'll do his special "Double Air Kicks"
when he see your open right after you attack. Again patience is key to victory.

################################################################################
Chapter 4 (Oakland, California; 1964) (The George Wu Gym)
"His name is Johnny Sun. Be careful man. This guy's killer."

This level isn't really a gym, but it seems more like a Chinese temple. I the
background you can see some old men (probably commentators, judges, whatever)
who are speaking of the battle.

Fighter: Johnny Sun
Weapons: None
Moves: Elbow Chain Combo, High Hopping Kick, and Thrust Punch

At first this guy seems tough, but he's practically the easiest to beat! He has
only 3 strategies he uses himself.
(1). If you don't move, he'll take 3 steps and then start a chain combo
(2). If cornered, he'll take a step and do a hopping kick
(3). He'll panic and try to mix steps one and two while you have an open
chance.
So whenever you see Johnny boy start with the elbow in his chain combo, do a
double kick to connect twice. Also back up whenever needed. Since he does the
same thing.

In the movie, "Bruce" is given 60 seconds to defeat the guy. It actually took
3 and some odd minutes for the scene to end, but in the game, you do only have
60 seconds to fight or else you lose a "life." As for nunchaku, this is the
only weapon that can harm the "demon." Without it, you're toast. Therefore,
if you lose all your "life," then there is no point to fight the demon who
appears to
kill you, because he will do so anyways. - Calvin Yeong
