  You'll find all the combos of Omega Rugal in here as well as a few notes
  and how you should play with him. He has only a few combos though but he's
  very strong and can easily be mastered. There are also some useful notes
  which you need to know while playing with him, specially if you're a KOF
  newbie.
  Omega Rugal is the boss of the game and you need to unlock him first by
  beating the game once and saving. The next time you play, just scroll down
  until you see him glaring at you with that evil look of his!

  ::: USUAL COMBOS :::

  -> His standing D has very good range and may take the opponent by
     surprise.

  -> Standing C does 2 hits but you can cancel it after the first one if you
     want.

  -> His standing C also has very good range and works well against crouching
     opponent.

  -> Standing C --> f + B (tap D slightly)

  -> Note that unlike most characters, O. Rugal cannot start combos with
     jumping A/B/C/D. He is too slow.

  -> Standing C --> dp + K
     You must cancel the standing C after the first hit for the move to
     connect except when the opponent is cornered. If the opponent is in the
     corner, all 5 hits will connect for massive damage.

  -> Standing C --> hcb + P
     The standing C must be cancelled after the first hit. Otherwise, the
     opponent will have time to block the move.

  ::: DESPERATION MOVES COMBOS :::

  -> Standing C --> hcf, hcf + K
     A highly damaging combo. The DM will connect after both hits of the
     standing C.

  -> Standing C --> qcf, hcb + P
     The SDM version really kicks ass! You can let both hits of the standing
     C connect.

  -> Standing C --> hcf, hcf + P
     Again, the DM/SDM will connect however the number of hits the standing
     C does.

  ::: NOTES :::

  -> His attack (press C+D) is a very good anti-air and will knock the
     opponent far away. It also has high priority.

  -> Jumping CD has very high priority (it wins over almost all the moves)
     and a very good recovery time.

  -> His qcf + P move will negate projectiles and will act as a shield while
     he's charging it up. You can charge it to a certain extent but it will
     be released after some time. This move can also be done in the air.

  -> His qcf + K move will reflect back certain projectiles. Moreover, it
     makes Rugal invulnerable low. This means that while the barrier is here,
     Rugal cannot be swept and he can't be hit low.

  -> Beware of the recovery time of his dp + K move. You will be in for some
     serious damage if the opponent blocks and you miss all the hits
     completely! :(

  -> For cheap play, just use his shield move (qcf+P) on and on. The CPU
     will just block and even if they try to attack you, they will just
     succeed in losing some life on contact with the shield.

  -> All his desperation moves have no animation if they fail to connect.
     This is pretty useful since it reduces the recovery time drastically. :)

  -> His hcb + P move does 6 hits and is the most damaging move in the game
     (not counting super desperation moves, of course!). Even when blocked,
     it does an incredible amount of block damage. You can just keep using
     this and win without much effort.
