1Intro/disclaimer

Well if your looking at my work then I'm sure you have your reasons. The
reason I wrote this faq is because there isn't a lot of stuff about Uranus
on the internet ( Well at the time I wrote the faq anyway). Well in this is
about all I know about her and how I play her.

I wrote this faq to help people and I don't care what you do with it but
please don't do anything illegal  with it.Don't pay any attention to the
damage written next to the attack because they are wrong and I am 
recalculating them right now.

 Many people consider Uranus to be cheap well it is not so.
Sure she can jump high, teleport, and has fast kicks, she doesn't take
damage well and it's easy to get carried away with her. I got my ass kicked
a lot before finding good combos and figuring out how to use
her properly. And if she is tough to beat in arcade mode,
it's because the computer plays really well. But she's not
so cheap because I beat her on my first try with Shenlong
and on my second with Busuzima. This guide is to help you
learn her moves and combos and the strategies I like to
use when i use her.I just put a description of her costumes.

 Moves

-qcf+p-Uranus jumps forward and sends a shock wave that knocks the opponent 19dam.
-qcf+k-Uranus does a shock wave on the ground that hits low 27dam. 40dam at close range
-qcb+k-Uranus teleports a set distance, press punch to do a hammer punch and kick to do a
 sliding kick that both do 16 dam.
-qcb+p-guard attack,(blocks) Uranus throws bolts of electricity 20 dam.
-b+p-Uranus grabs the opponent and throws them to the other side.
-b+k-roundhouse kick 25 dam.
-fp,p,fp-Uranus does three rising palm and both players end up in the air.
-f+k-flip kick 12 dam.
-ff+kk-double roundhouse 38 dam.
-ff+p-dashing low chop 12 dam.
-db+p-low chop ends up in bt 12 dam.
-bt+d+p-teleport. Can chain with db+p
-db+pk-low chop plus horse kick ( that's my name for it ) 20 dam.
-bt+d+k-slide kick 4 dam.
-fd+kk-mid plus high kick 27 dam.
-bd+kk-low kick plus heel drop 18 dam.
-d+k-ankle kick 8 dam.
-df+p-rising palm 13 dam.
-qcf+be-Uranus grabs the oponnent and throws him across the arena.
-qcb+be-spinning lariat 28 dam.
-fbe+fbe-double spinning jab 56 dam.
-be,be,fbe,fbe-94 dam.
-b+be-29 dam.
-u+p-teleport plus bolt 21 dam.
-u+k-back flip kick 15 dam.
-u+be-uppercut 48 dam.
-qcb,qcb+be-( beast drive )[can also be done using L1] Uranus grabs ans
 smash the opponent
-qcf,qcf+be-(beast drive ) Uranus throws the opponent in the air and split
 into two and juglles him.
-ff (dash) then p-Uranus "overs" forward and jumps. If you are over the
 opponnent,she will knock him down 30 dam.
-ff (dash) then k-lift kick plus heel drop 24 dam.
-ff (dash) then be-quick double flip 26 dam. If 7hit
-B (hold) then dd-Uranus will get in a crouching position for 2 seconds
 From there k sliding crab hold 24 dam.
            p (guard attack) Uranus will counter attack if hit 19 dam.
            be sliding hook punch 29 dam.
-d+p-(if enemy is on the ground ) 15 dam. Awsome
-d+k-(if enemy is on the ground ) 6 dam.
 d+be(if enemy is on the ground ) 12 dam.
-In beast form, you can do any qcf or qcb+p or k attacks. Only qcb+k is
 different: qcb+k double blow 32 dam.
 The reason is that Uranus debeastorize when you do anything else with
 p or k but it still does this:
 p (debeastorize) 25 dam.
 k (debeastorize) 30 dam. [opponnent must beon ground]
-Standing throw-36 dam. Duck under high attacks and use this.
-Back throw-40 dam.
-Air throw ( d+t in air )-28 dam.
-Anti-Crouch throw-( use on crouching opponent ) d+t 36 dam.
-Beast standing-throw 51 dam.
-Beast anti-crouch throw-51 dam.
-Beast air throw-41 dam.
-Beast back throw-57 dam.

 In  the air attacks
 p, jab 9dam.
 k, 17 dam.
 fp or bp hammer blow 27 dam.
 fk or bk heel drop 26 dam.

4.Strategies

 I try to get a psychological advantage. If a player almost never blocks or
always finishes is combos even if blocked, try to grab them if there is a
chance. Use the teleport thecniques a lot and learn their range. If the other
player doesn't block or recover in mid air knock them in the air a go for the
air grab, if they recover go for a juggle. It's better than eating a counter
And it forces them to air block since her moves usually have good priority.
I like to duck under high attacks and go for a grab if close enough. Even if
your ducking, it's still gonna be a standing throw. I like to juggle with
f+p,f+p,f+p then the air throw. B+p can set up an air throw too but it's more
risky because the opponnent as more time to recover. Since she jumps real high
even if not transformed, jump if the opponnent charges you.D'ont juste learn one
or two combos, learn a few more and mix them up with your moves so you don't get
predictable. But don't rely only on combos or on blocking and countering if your
opponnent is good because it probably won't work very well. Learn to use the
teleporation attacks and combos because they can be very confusing. Be careful
when you teleport behind your opponnent because they might back attack you if
they are fast. I really like the fp,p,k juggle because it sends the opponent
real high and sets them up for another juggle. Fp,p,fp is also a good move to
set up for the air throw and a down move. Speaking of wich, use d+p more than
d+k because it does more damage, can catch rolling opponent, comes out faster
and there is less of a chaance you will eat a hop-up kick.Only use d+k ifyour
not close enough to do d+p and/or if you land recover/land before your
opponnent. If your in the air, use kick intead of punch i your opponnent
recovers and you can't air grab. Use punch only if you are right next to the
opponent because its faster than kick or do the air grab. You decide what suits
you best. Don't get carried away with B then dd and p. It does counter but the
delay isn't very long and your open for a crouch throw. Try to anticipate if
your opponnent willtry to grab you so you can break it and don't get predictable
with your own grabs. In my opinion, the key to play well with Uranus ( as well as
any othern charcters ) is to stay unpredictable. It's asy to do with Uranus
because of her high jumps, fast dash, good moves and combos and teleports.
Your strategies should revolve a bit around those moves.When you use beast
drives, choose accordingly.Qcb,qcb+be (L1) is good for close range beacause it
comes out extrimely fast. Qcf,qcf+be is better if you are about three character
Lenght away.It works well to just to do short combos against block happy
opponents or just to interrupt then and do a grab before they realise wath happend.
The L1 beast drive also works but I don't know any combos that end with it
since its a throw.

  against uranus:

  Let's just hope your good at blocking or interupting combos because she uses 
a lot of them. She especially likes to throw opponnents in the air and do a
juggle or the air throw. Be ready to recover in the air and block or dodge on the
ground and use guard attacks. Don't think she's cheap it's just that the
computer is really strong at this point. Like I mentioned before, short combos
work best. be careful not to get boxed in a corner because she definitly
won't leave you alone. I beat her once doing a perfect like this:
I started the round with a grab and used a kick combo, then I used
the fp,p,fp combo and did the air throw. That did it if I remember
correctly' anyway good luck.

5.character charts
 This is an idea I got. It tells each characters endurance (how they take damage ),
speed ( how fast they walk, attack, etc... ), and jumping power ( How high they jump
in human and beast mode ). This was figured out through extensive calculation and
mesuring. Please don't e-mail me saying you disagree. It's set like this:
