1. Introduction and Update History
----------------------------------

In the game Super Baseball Simulator 1.000, it is evident, after playing a
little while with a certain team, that this isn't any other baseball game. In
fact, it's very weird. With the ability of batters to use super swings or the
pitcher to pitch super pitches, this game is definitely out of this world.
This FAQ will cover the Ultra Swings and Ultra Pitches in this game.

Update History:
v. 1.0 (6/17/2001): Listed all the Ultra Swings, the Ultra Pitches will be
coming soon.

v. 1.1 (6/18/2001): Listed all the Ultra Swings in alphabetical order, and
added and alphabetized the Ultra Pitches. I also added a section that shows a
rundown of how many Ultra Points are used in a certain Ultra Swing or Ultra
Pitch.

v. 1.2 (6/23/2001): Listed all of the Ultra Teams and the Ultra Swings and
Pitches that they have.

---------------
2. Ultra Swings
---------------

In this section, I should note that the way these super swings will be written
will be as follows:

Name of Ultra Swing (or the name I call it)
Description
Amount of Ultra Points Taken (explained below)

If you are wondering what Ultra Points are, they are an amount of points that a
certain team can use for Ultra Swings and Ultra Pitches. Once they are out of
these Ultra Points, they can no longer use Ultra Swings or Ultra Pitches.
There is no way, in this game, to replenish the amount of Ultra Points. Once
you hit zero, you stay at zero. So, let's get on with the Ultra Swings.

Bomb Hit
When this ball is hit, it looks like a regular ball, but if it is attempted to
be caught, the ball will explode. This can be useful, but if you hit a ground
ball, the moment the ball makes contact is when it explodes.
4 Points

Dizzy Ball
Whether this ball is a ground ball or a fly ball, the directional pad for the
fielders will be reversed. This hit is more effective in multi-player than in
single-player.
3 Points

Freak Hit
Once this ball is hit, if it is a ground ball, it will bounce in a
unpredictable direction. This hit is better hit as a ground ball than a fly
ball, since the chances for catching the ball are much slimmer when it is a
ground ball.
2 Points

Hyper Hit
This is basically more power behind your bat as you make your swing. Can give
the batter a few more homeruns here and there.
9 Points

Hyper-Run
This Ultra Swing occurs whenever a batter gets a hit, whether on the ground or
not. The batter has super speed to get to first base, and super speed to get
to first base only.
8 Points

Invisiball Hit
When this ball is hit in the air, it will disappear. This hit is more useful
in multiplayer than single player.
3 Points

Leaf Hit
When this ball is hit in the air, it will travel for a short distance, and then
turn into a leaf and slowly float to the ground. This can be good or bad,
depending on whether or not the ball is caught.
2 Points

Meteor Hit
This turns the ball into a flaming ball that resembles a comet. If the ball is
in the air, it will continue to flame like this. No fielder can catch the ball
from a pop fly, it must hit the ground first. If a fielder tries to catch the
ball, they will be dazed for a little while. This is a VERY effective hit.
2 Points

Missile Hit
When this ball is hit, the ball looks like a regular ball, but travels much
faster. Any fielder in the way of the ball will get driven by it all the way
to the wall, where they will stay dazed for a few seconds.
5 Points

Orbit Hit
When this ball reaches the glove of a fielder, any attempt to throw the ball
will result in the ball spinning around the fielder about 2 or 3 times before
going to the designated target. This is very effective for sacrifice flies or
just for regular hits.
3 Points

Shadowless
When this ball is hit in the air, it leaves no shadow. This hit is more
effective in multiplayer than in single player.
5 Points

Shadow Hit
When this ball is hit in the air, there are multiple shadows! Which one is
right? You decide.
5 Points

Spinner Hit
When this ball is hit in the air, the screen will spin for a few moments. This
hit is more effective in multiplayer than in single player.
4 Points

Squirrel Hit
Whether or not this ball is hit on the ground or in the air, it will go in a S,
sort of like a snake slithering. This effect lasts until the ball reaches the
wall.
2 Points

Tremor Hit
If this ball is hit on the ground, it will immediately start an earthquake,
freezing everyone except for the batter/runners for a short period of time.
This can be a fairly effective hit.
4 Points

----------------
3. Ultra Pitches
----------------

? Ball
Well, its a ? Ball. What do you expect?
1 Point

Change-Up
This ball can change speeds by hitting the A Button.
7 Points

Fade Out
The pitcher disappears, so the time that the pitch is pitched is unpredictable.
4 Points

Fire Ball
This pitch is basically a very fast ball that has flames surrounding it.
6 Points

Floater Ball
This ball turns into a leaf before reaching the plate, making it hard to hit.
4 Points

Iron Ball
This ball is a slow ball, but is made out of iron, making it a little hard for
normal hitters to hit.
5 Points

Jumper Ball
This ball is normal for a while, but if you hit A, it strays off its intended
trail to fake out the batter.
5 Points

Lotta Ball
Theres a whole lotta balls in this pitch.
3 Points

Multiball
The pitcher turns into many pitchers, each with their own pitches. Which one
is the right one?
3 Points

Ninja Ball
When this ball is pitched, many balls are pitched. Which one is the right one?
 Who knows?
3 Points

Phantom Ball
When you pitch this ball, as it travels to the plate, it disappears mid-way.
3 Points

Photon Ball
This pitch is a VERY fast fastball, that can make any batter swing, and there
is a low chance that they will connect.
8 Points

Snake Ball
When you pitch this ball, it moves in a S direction, making it almost
impossible to hit.
3 Points

Spark Ball
A bolt of lightning accompanies this ball, making this ball surround with
lightning, making it a problem for other batters to hit.
4 Points

Speeder Ball
This pitch is a normal pitch, but picks up speed towards the end.
6 Points

Spiral Ball
This pitch spirals in a circle towards the batter, making it hard to hit.
2 Points

Stopper Ball
When you pitch this ball, tapping the A button stops the ball.
9 Points

Tremor Ball
When this ball is pitched, an earthquake occurs. What effect this has on the
batter or the ball is unknown at this point.
2 Points

Warp Ball
By hitting the A Button, the ball warps from one point to another.
5 Points

Zigzag Ball
This pitch resembles the Snake Ball, but is very sensitive to any attempt to
curve it.
3 Points
