 [Mr.Neosandman's Korhyu faqfor Bloody Roar 3 for PS2 Version 1.5]


     Hello again. I recently got a few e-mails from people saying that they
want me to make a faq for Kohryu. Well I had the idea in my head but I really
wanted to make one for stun or long but I changed my mind.

1.Intro/disclaimer

  Well I guess wath I wrote above takes care of the intro. So well this faq is
copyrighted,owned and maintained by me, Mr.NeoSandman, no one else. Bloody Roar
3 is copyrighted by Activision and everything else outside of that is

   I don't have much background info on Kohryu but I know that he was  made bya branch of
the Tylon corparation from bloody roar 1 that didn't collapse. Well themachines didn't anyway.
They took tissues from Bakuryu and fused them with machine part thus making the robot ninja we
all know and love ( or hate). He escaped from the lab and began attacking beastmens for
no apparent reasons. Don't pay any attention to the damage. I made a mistake and am
currently recalculating them.

2. move list
[note.to make things easier and not putting a ton of combos twice or trice,
moves with a * next to them can be finshed with L1 like a combo. Just ad abou
50, 60 dam.]

p=punch k=kick be=beast u=up d=down f=forward b=back bt=back turned t=throw
B=block(R1) qcf=press down and rool to forward qcb=press down and roll to back

-qcf+p- uppercut (catches opponnent in the air 38 dam.) otherwise 3 dam.
-qcb+p- (guard attack) cross chop 20 dam.
-qcf+k- teleport smoke bomb
-qcb+k- spin kick smoke bomb. Press u or b or f will Kohryu teleports to do the
following:
           u  Kohryu a  set distance farther and if he lands in the enemy's
              back, he will throw them. 35 dam.
           f   diagonal step kicks 18 dam.
           b   Kohryu appears over the opponnent and stomps them. Slow recovery
               if miss 31 dam.
           d   Kohryu only extends his leg at the end causing a trip

-ff+p- double palm strike 20 dam.
-b+p- back chop 20 dam.
-d+p- low palm attack 6 dam.
-u+p- moonsault
-db+p- lowchop 14 dam. ends in back turned

-*fk,bk- flip flop 32 dam.
-ffkkk-double lift kicks plus heel drop 23 dam. *on second kick in beast mode
-b+k- rolling sobat 21 dam.
-u+k- flip kick 18 dam.
-d+k- ankle kick 9 dam.
-db+k- rolling ankle kick 13 dam.
-df+kk- double ankle kick 22 dam.
-ff (dash) then p- low chop 20 dam.
-ff (dash) then k- flying kick 25 dam.
-qcf+be- "rip yer gut out!" 48 dam.

            force field and combos em.
-qcb,qcb+b (beast drive) Kohryu digs under the opponnent, throws en in the air
           and bombards em.

4.Strategy

As Kohryu
  I didn't play with ihim much yet but I can still tell you to use the
teleports but don't over use them.
I used Bakuryu a lot in BR2 but I only used combos whitout much strategy.

Against Kohryu
  You usually fight him in round 5 so I can pretty much tell you to fight him like you would
Bakuryu and watch for the teleport.

 I will put more in the next up-date

5.character charts
 This is an idea I got. It tells each characters endurance (how they take
damage ),
speed ( how fast they walk, attack, etc... ), and jumping power ( How high they
jump
in human and beast mode ). This was figured out through extensive calculation
and
mesuring. Please don't e-mail me saying you disagree. It's set like this:
