PIA BOEING 747-367:

PIA acquired five B747-300 in April 1999 which were leased from the Hong Kong based carrier Cathay Pacific. These aircraft are operated on medium and long haul routes to the Middle East, Europe and North America.

AP-BFX:

An ex-Cathay Pacific machine SN/CN: 23709/671 ( B-HOL ) was initially purchased in 1987 by the Hong Kong based carrier. This aircraft was leased to PIA in April 1999 as AP-BFX. It is powered by Rolls Royce RB211 engines.

PhotoReal Textures:

This aircraft has been repainted using photoreal textures in 32 bit mode. It also features realistic nightlight effects. These textures were tested on a PIII 800MHZ with GEFORCE 3 graphics card and 512 MB ram. A fast PC is required for best performance. Problems could occur with most 3D cards for which I hold no responsibility. Please use at your own discretion.

Installation:

1. Extract the contents of aircraft.zip into your Fs2002's main aircraft folder. E.g. c:\fs2k2\aircraft\*.*

2. Extract the contents of gauges.zip into your FS2002's main gauges folder E.g c:\fs2k2\gauges\*.*

3. Extract the contents of effects.zip into your FS2002's main effects folder E.g

4. Press " i " to activate engine fire.

ATC Callsign:

This aircraft is configured for ATC callouts and is identified as "PAKISTANI 788"

I hold copyrights to the "PHOTOREAL" PIA textures which are not to be modified or used in your repaints either for freeware or commercial purposes. This package may not be uploaded to any site as I have no intentions of giving permission to anyone. So Dont Ask! This package must remain as it is.
