LOCAL TRAFFIC REGULATIONS:

Aircraft landing on Rwy 12 will normally be required to clear left and
use Twy Alfa and will then go to Ground Control for instructions to the 
Passengers Terminal Ramp area (Apron I)

Aircraft landing on Rwy 30 will normally clear the Runway directly onto 
Twy Bravo.

Apron I, or Passenger Terminal Area has eight nose-in parking spots for
which priority is given to scheduled air carriers 

Appron II is used for long term parking of aircraft and access is normally
via Twy Romeo or Quebec with taxi instructions received from Ground Control.

ATC departure clearance is provided on Ground Control

On departure from Passenger Terminal Area, aircraft will contact Ground 
Control for push back and start and then taxi instructions.
