4 + 1 range for each 20 points of str. Maximum 24.

Unarmed...
 +1 low for each 50 str maximum of 5
 +1 high for each 25 str maximum of 10

 A character with 100 str (and no modifing implant) will do 2 to 4 points
 of damage.

Armed
 +1 low for 30 str maximum 2 * max for un-agmented strangth of weapon
 +1 high for 50 str maximum 2 * max for un-agmented strangth of weapon

 A character with 100 str and a dagger (3 to 5) will do 5 to 7 points
 of damage.

 A charactor with 400 str and the same dagger will only do 6 to 10 becouse
 that is the maximum the dagger can do.
